Friendly service staff
Noise, this isn't a hotel it is a night club with rooms up stairs. Loud music consistantly through out the night until the mid hours of the morning. This place shouldnt be advertised as a hotel, but as a night spot /club that has rooms upstairs. I repeat it is not a hotel!
The staff I found onsite were friendly.
- Reached when there was no one at the counter to check me in and the people who were around didn't know about my reservation. We had to call someone who wasn't on site. This was the same story during checkout.
- Getting the Wifi password was hard as someone who manages it wasn't onsite, it was weird that they had to ask for my device to connect it.
- The neighborhood was too noisy and the bar/restaurant plays till late so not good for relaxation stays
- Overall I expected more in terms of cleanliness and facilities for a place of that price

Property is too far from reputable restaurants. Therefore breakfast must be on site.
The Venti was a nice hotel. The manager, Christian, was very helpful. The staff is extremely helpful and accessible when you need them. I will say that is is a little far from the airport but it is located in a fun, good area of Kampala. The hotel has a lounge where they play great music, have tasty food options and great drinks to relax. What is also nice about the hotel is that it has steam room and sauna.
