The Faces Historical center

Достаточно приличный и комфортный отель. Остановлюсь в нем второй раз. При последнем посещении возникали проблемы, которые сотрудниками отеля были решены.

Отличные завтраки, номер хороший. Заказывали улучшенный номер со вторым ярусом, дали просто улучшенный, предупредив об этом заранее. Немного расстроились поначалу. В общем, рекомендую

Non avremmo potuto desiderare una sistemazione migliore. La posizione è perfetta, la stanza è super confortevole, spaziosa, attrezzata di qualunque cosa possa venirvi in mente (da una scelta di the e caffè al lucido da scarpe!!) , pulizie e cambio di biancheria giornalieri ... decisamente ideale per un soggiorna San Pietroburgo! Grazie mille di tutto

위치가 아주 좋았고, 시설이 깨끗했으며 직원분들 모두 아주 친절했습니다. 다음에 또 상트페테르부르크에 갈 일이 생긴다면 이곳에서 묶고 싶네요.

The staff are very nice, the room condition is good, the location is very convenient to most attractions.

This hotel is central to a whole range of places of interest, restaurants and a walking distance from great theatres. The staff were increasingly helpful and knowledgeable. The accommodation was amazing and spotlessly clean. The shower was great. We enjoyed a selection of teas in the room and the coffee pods replenished every day. The mini kitchen was well-equipped and maintained. We would highly recommend it as a perfect place to stay in Saint Petersburg.

６泊しました。バスルームやキッチンも使いやすかったです。浄水器もあります。
周辺は飲食店も多く、食べる場所には困りません。ホテルの朝食は美味しかったのですが、種類が少ないので、隣にあるベーカリーなども利用しました。近くにスーパーマーケットやATMもあり非常に便利。
立地が良いので、観光の合間にホテルで休憩することなどもできて便利だとおもいます。

Customer service excellent! Room service/house keeping ok but not perfect for a 4 star hotel.

We were pleasantly surprised by the room. It was équipes with the smallest details the owners thought their guests would need.

The hotel has a great location, just a 5 minute walk from the Main Street, Nevsky.

I would steer clear from the restaurant; it was not the most pleasant experience eating there and the food was not great on top of being very very late.

They were also doing construction in the next room that was quite the nuisance, our kitchen cupboards sounded like they were going to fall off the walls.

The phones did not work, they were just decorative so if we needed anything we had to either go looking for someone or call the hotel number from our cell phone; which if you’re a tourist and didn’t invest in a Russian SIM card was not going to be possible.

This is a brand new hotel in the middle of the St. Petersburg. It's location is perfect to explore St. Petersburg and you can walk everywhere from the hotel. For example, Hermitage is just around the corner and the hotel is just off Nevski Prospekt (the main shopping street).
The Hotel offers to organize transport from and to the airport, which is convenient because you can pay by card at the hotel instead of cash to the taxi drivers.
The rooms include everything you need, including a good quality hair drier, a small kitchen area with fridge & stove, modern bathrooms, TV, iron & ironing board, underfloor heating, towel heaters etc. etc ... they literally thought about everything.
When we arrived, the reception said that if we have any issues or need help we can simply send a whats app message to the hotel phone number. We tried this one evening, when we texted the hotel, asking us to find us a car to get home. Within 15 minutes a car was waiting outside our restaurant to take us home. This is great if you don't speak any Russian and don't have any cash on you.
In summary - I can only recommend this place. Great value & service for your money!
In case breakfast is not included in your rate - they have a little cafe in the hotel where you can either have a full continental breakfast for 600 rub or you simply order from their cafe menu which has a nice selection too.
