Уютный домашний отель
Pros:

Остановились семьёй на 3 дня. Возвращались из путешествия на море, решили перед дорогой домой в Петербург прогуляться по Москве. Место удобное - пешком даже с вещами до Ленинградского вокзала запросто можно дойти. И близко до Красной площади. Нам понравилась домашняя обстановка: уютный номер с широкой кроватью, удобная душевая с сауной-бочкой, тёплый пол (помог подсушить вещи после дождливой Москвы), персонально приготовленный завтрак - каша, яичница, блины, тосты. Очень пригодилась стиральная машина. В целом мы всем довольны. Единственное, что шумновато: центр города, второй этаж, слышно разговоры гуляющей в выходные молодежи.

Pros:

l unica cosa positiva di questo hotel é la vicinanza al centro. Per tutto il resto lascia molto a desiderare. Avevamo chiesto il servizio navetta dall'aeroporto all'hotel, si sono dimenticati, cosí abbiamo aspettato in aeroporto per almeno un'ora finché non abbiamo preso un taxi.
La colazione scarsa un'ora circa per l'attesa. Personale molto lento e incompetente. Non é un hotel a 4 stesse. Declassato a 2 stelle.

Very bad hotel for the price
Pros:

Very bad hotel for the price, the room are too small, you listen your neighbors and the TV of them, no clean room, breakfast completely bad... I am very disappointed, you can find definitely better hotel for this price in the area
