コミニュケーションギャップと当方の確認不足があった物の快適だった

朝食は美味しかった

Cons:

最初二人で一部屋を予約し、後で一人追加のため、エクストラベッドを入れて三人で泊まれるか、確認しデラクスダブルに変更すると可能という返事。それで予約すると確認メールが来て、二人部屋を二部屋予約とあった。三人で一部屋と返し、追加ベッドが入ると回答された。現地に行くと、追加ベッドを入れた三人部屋と二人部屋一つになっていた。
コミニュケーションギャップと当方の確認が悪かったためとも思うが、変更の手続きの際もう少し丁寧に対応してほしかった。これはホテルというよりBooking>comの問題だと思う。
