Grand Hotel Loutraki

Great view from our room, good breakfast, comfortable bed and a block from the beach and boardwalk. Pleasant staff too!

Staff were all friendly, welcoming and helpful. The hotel is in an amazing location so close to the waterfront and restaurants and shops and 2 blocks from the bus station. The room was very clean and comfortable.

I'm, better say was , a regular customer of Grand Hotel Loutraki .
Last year I managed to get a 300 Euro voucher and Hotel assured me that I can go and stay any time I want.
Booked and agreed with Hotel employee for 4 days early August . Upon arrival and after having to drag our luggage over up that stairs - luck of a ramp for assisting customers - hotelier advised that we had booked for July and not for August leading to Hotel loss of money...
Hotel insisted that they called me several times to ask why I didn't show up and tried to convince me that I'm ignorant and insisted that after a while ago all mobile phone delete call history 🙄 ....
Who thinks that somebody would have booked for July , never show up and come one month ago at 19:00 with all that heat and ask for a room ...
I'm sorry to say that this behavior is not what I was expecting after all these years 😞

Nothing Special…..Just Basic and uninspiring….

Hotel was very conveniently located near bus station, boardwalk and shopping. The room was very warm as AC does not work when not in room. Bathroom needs a fan! Otherwise seemed updated.

Personnel gentil hôtel calme

Renovated property in the center of town, walking distance to the beach, dining, bus station and taxi stand. Rooms are neat and tidy, staff is friendly and hospitable. Overall excellent value for money.

Bei dem Preis kann man eigentlich nicht meckern. Klar wäre eine Auffrischung nötig, das ganze ist altgebacken. Aber Location optimal, selbst wenn griechische Live-Musik vom Restaurant in der Nebengasse zu hören ist. Sehr nettes Personal und das ganze einfach sehr günstig, bequeme Betten. Parken konnte ich 5 min zu Fuß entfernt.

Stayed at this property for a week. Great central location, basically on the beach. The rooms were spacious and had all the amenities - a great value for money! The owner and staff were extremely courteous and helpful. Pleasant experience all around. Recommended!

Stayed there with my boyfriend for 4 days as a surprise for our anniversary. Hotel was as expected. Comfortable new matresses. Very close to the beach and in the centre of the city. Parking may be an issue but that is the case for Loutraki overall.

Will go again next time.

Very family friendly and peaceful place. Appartement and facilities very clean and beautiful. Close to the beach. We love to come back. The service was very good. The hotel puts great value in environmental responsibility.

We’ve stayed for a week and we were pleased with the room service and all of the assistance through the front desk.

The room was shining and freshly renovated.
Nice view on the city square,not so loud and a taxi station right by the exit.

Friendly staff and well organised breakfast.

Excellent hotel friendly and smiling owners excellent locations close to shops and supermarket 5 minutes to the beach very nice and clean room with big balconies love to come back!! Grand hotel Loutraki!

This hotel is not what it appears at first glance. Photos can be very misleading. This hotel is very rundown and certainly not a 3 stars hotel. Very old fashion decor, but clean throughout . Very noisy at night. Not a place I would revisit

Spent a week here and found it quite pleasant. Hotel is clean, staff are friendly and accomodating when asked for extras like sheets and pillows.

The rooms whilst simple have a TV, a clean bed and a most importantly are clean. The bathroom could use a connector to place the shower hose on to have a shower allowing free use of both hands but no big deal.
Breakfast was as expected typically European with cheeses, processed meats, cereal, coffee, pastries, boiled eggs tomato, cucumber and yoghurt.
Was great to be able to take breakfast outside on one of the tables and sit relaxed watching the water and the world go by.

Like others have said this is not a 5* Hotel but for the price and the location you will get a old style clean Hotel with a better than average breakfast with staff that are helpful allowing you to have a relaxed stay in this beautiful location about 50m from the water, with bars and restaurants at your doorstep and 100 miles from any care.

Actually, much better than I expected from reading reviews here. Everything is clean (except the mirror and balcony door, but not that big of a deal), cleaning lady comes every day. Rooms are not that big (rooms with two beds are big enough, but rooms with more beds are the same size as the two bedded ones). Bathroom is clean, spatious enough. Location is 10+, great! There is no private parking, but you don't have to pay for the public parking, so it's okay. Staff is good.
