Simple, cosy, good location
Pros:

Great location just outside San Gimignano, walkable into the town and to the bus stop. Good sized room, spotlessly clean and tidy, good buffet breakfast, nice bar for drinks in the evening.

Cons:

You can hear other guests in the corridor in the morning and at night sometimes.
