Very nice hotel close to the main entrance to San Gimignano.
Pros:

Friendly staff. Good location just a short walk from the walls of the town. Very good breakfast. My room had a balcony.

The location is superb. A 10 minute walk into the old town. Great view overlooking the valley and a great breakfast

Cons:

Minor general maintenance must be watched. One of the rooms toilets was a struggle to flush
