I would stay here again but next time I’m bringing my own air freshener!

It was in a quiet non busy area and very easy to find and go downtown from!

Nothing they had false advertisement gave me a hard time at check-in was already running late room had will look like a couple cigarette burns through the sheets. Bathtub had a black matter I’m guessing dirt. Not cheap. Breakfest wasant very good, orange juice machine everything tasted like water, orange juice, apple juice everything was water eggs were not fully cooked. We’re falling apart. Sausage was pretty good. Other than that I don’t have anything good to say.

Pros:

When we arrived Friday night at 9pm the power was out, and remained out till Saturday appox 1pm, during this time there was NO hot water, no phone service etc. I can handle the dark, just need hot water and additional safety lighting backed up by generator power etc. The staff did the absolute best they could.

Cons:

some unruly neighbors that staff tried to handle however, the response was seriously delayed
Breakfast could use some improvement

Pros:

The fIoor I stayed on was very loud. Children running up and down hall. The electricity went out Friday around 3pm I ended up checking out the next morning around noon and the electricity was still out. My birthday was Friday 13 it was ruined.

Cons:

Communication and compassion for guest was not met at all.
