You are better served elsewhere
Pros:

Location is convenient to CMH airport and they have a free shuttle.

Cons:

Felt like extortion upon check in. Had to call the police to sort it out. They were asking for more money than my reservation amount, which I consider a contact and enforced as such. I use a wheelchair and had my service dog with me. The front desk person was very rude, asking for documentation proof that she is a service dog...I said the fact that I am confined to a wheelchair is your proof!
The bathroom had many rust spots in and around the shower with caked dirt in the corners outside the shower toward the floor.

I would think twice about staying again

Made 2 long travel days better!
Pros:

Breakfast was mediocre, but everything else was superb! Coffee was great too!

Cons:

Restroom, men's, was not taken care of properly.

For the 10 minutes, we were there it was horrible.

The price.

Cons:

The used condom in our bed and the crumbs and multiple large stains on the bedding. Along with that the front desk attendant barely paid attention to us when we walked in. He was busy playing on his phone and then the second time watching something on his computer. After we complained about the bad situation after only being in the room for five minutes and checking it. He then proceeded to ask if we used the room insinuating that my fiancé was basically a hooker.

Wouldn’t recommend
Pros:

Very good location, very clean from the outside and lobby wise. Room was not cleaned and we voiced that and the man at the desk basically told us he didn’t care. The man at check out however, was really nice and discounted us $25 off our stay.
