Overall - not worth it, next time will pick a cheaper option for same value.

Cons:

The food was the same. They don’t have a pool, they have a type of jacuzzi that wasn’t working.
The facility is quite old. Overall not worth the price. They just use the fancy brand for an old 2 star hotel.

Very good staff. Cant compliment them enough.
Pros:

Staff very friendly and willing to help when a problem that had nothing to do with them, occurred.
Good breakfast.

Will stay again when back in Nashville!! We enjoyed our stay for our first time!!!
Pros:

The front desk staff was very nice and had great customer service. The breakfast area was clean and each day it was a variety of foods and drinks to choose from.

Cons:

Just need bigger baggage carts but other than that the hotel met our expectations.

Pros:

The breakfast was amazing! I would have rated the room higher, but we had to request bedding for the sofa bed, and when they sent up bedding, they only sent sheets, no blanket or pillow. The staff was exceptional. We had a tire go flat from a slow leak, and the guy that does the shuttle service helped us out by letting us use his air pump. The beds were a bit too firm for our taste, but we would definitely stay at this hotel again & recommend to friends. It was close enough to town to not take forever to get to following events, but just far enough away to be much more reasonably priced.

Cons:

Beds too firm, not enough towels for the number of occupants that the room holds, no bedding in the room for the sofa bed, hot tub had kids in it and was not very clean.

Yearly girls trip ruined by hotel management and lack of employee knowledge or instruction.
Pros:

Location was good for us and our room was clean.

Cons:

Manager Laura checked us into the wrong room with the wrong door keys. We had reserved 2 queen beds non smoking and was checked into a king room so we had to wait for her to get that corrected. Then we got the correct room and could not connect to the free Wi-Fi. We called the desk and was told to just keep trying so we did. That is also what it told us to do on the site so we tried numerous times and could not get connected. That evening we changed into our swimsuits so we could enjoy the spa but could not find a button to turn it on. We went to the front desk and they sent a man to the spa and he couldn’t figure out how to turn it on either. The attendant called Laura but she never returned their call so our first day was a bust and I was ready to change hotels but they assured me Laura would take care of things on Monday. She still has not contacted me a week later and unfortunately we stayed all three days against my better judgement. The spa was also filthy and I will be turning them into the health department. We requested compensation but she avoided us every time I requested to speak with her. We did not get what we paid for and our yearly girls trip was ruined! Is there anything booking can do about this fraud?
