Cons:

Jets in hot tub not working. That was one of the main reasons why we picked this hotel was for the hot tub it was upsetting to find out the jets weren't working on the hot tub

Amazing place to stay, nice rooms and spa, but you need to have someone 21+ with you to stay here.
Pros:

The room was nice, and facilities were clean.

Cons:

I was not told that you needed to have someone above 21+ to check it, but luckily my mom was with me. The couch bed didn’t have any sheets at all and I had to go grab the fitted AND the other sheets from downstairs.

Not what was expected at Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott.
Pros:

Everything was very clean & well maintained. The room itself was very nice & comfy.

Cons:

This trip was for our 50th. wedding anniversary so we had only a few requirements for our special weekend in Nashville; Great food, good music & a hotel with a hot tub. after checking in & getting dressed to enjoy the hot tub before dinner we found that although it had water in it it was very cold. When we asked about it at the desk letting them know that this was the singular amenity that made us choose this particular hotel, they said that "it had water in it". We said that it was cold water, their reply was that "it was indoors". This reply seemed rather flippant & uncharacteristic for Marriott. When we arrived & asked at the desk what the hot tub hours were they had plenty of opportunity to tell us that the hot tub wasn't working but they didn't. Hopefully it is fixed by now.
