Great hotel with very little flaws
Pros:

Exceptional breakfast. They had really great options- like eggs, little egg bites, sausages, waffles, yogurts, multiple Danish and bread options, etc. Hot coffee and tea 24/7. They had cucumber water and fruit for guests next to the front desk. Room was really nice, beds were comfortable, water pressure from shower was really fantastic and the temperature gauge on it was working great too. Hot tub was really nice. Housekeeping staff was fantastic and there was one particular front desk agent we spoke with numerous times while staying there that was always so nice and accommodating. Never caught his name though but he was amazing. He works in the mornings.

Cons:

It is really close to the airport so you will consistently hear planes almost every 15 minutes flying above the hotel. We were on the 2nd floor so it wasn't as loud but I bet if you're on the 6th it's going to be really loud. Breakfast, even though exceptional, never changed for hot options, they always had the same sausage patties and the same eggs and egg bites. I'd like if they would change it up a little bit at least every other day- people would like bacon, maybe sausage and gravy too, biscuits. This wasn't an option at all the entire week and a half we were there.

Very comfortable and did not hear any noise from nearby airport.
Pros:

Good sized comfortable room for our last night before flying home. We always need to repack before we fly so the space was great. Had TV in separate lounge area so great for me to go to bed to read while my husband watched TV elsewhere. Free shuttle to airport.

Cons:

We had the ADA room because we prefer a walk in shower but there was no rubber bath mat and the floor was a bit slippery. I did ask at reception but they do not have non-slip mats.

We loved the convenience of staying overnight close to the airport and the shuttle.
Pros:

We did not partake in the breakfast since our flight was early. The location is good for convenience of the airport. However, because of the location, it was a little loud with the planes flying overhead. But, for the value of leaving your vehicle parked at a private area, it was well worth the stay.

Cons:

Transparency. I booked through a third party and was not informed that the cost of leaving my vehicle on the permises meant an additional charge. Not as much as paying at a park n fly location though.

Shitty, loud, and not comfortable.

The facility was clean and staff was nice

Cons:

The fact that there was an airplane shaking the entire building every 10 minutes. The comforter was paper thin. The room was basically empty. Also, at 10:30am the day I was suppose to leave, the cleaning lady was sprawled out on the floor right next to my room asking if I was leaving for the day. I got video of her just for proof. Absolutely never staying here again. I will be leaving a 2 star review on Google if we cant resolve this

Overall - not worth it, next time will pick a cheaper option for same value.
Pros:

Good location. Only

Cons:

The food was the same. They don’t have a pool, they have a type of jacuzzi that wasn’t working.
The facility is quite old. Overall not worth the price. They just use the fancy brand for an old 2 star hotel.

Very good staff. Cant compliment them enough.
Pros:

Staff very friendly and willing to help when a problem that had nothing to do with them, occurred.
