Better than expected
Pros:

The room was bigger and more comfortable than I had anticipated

Cons:

There was a huge storm so getting on the transportation was crowded and I had to pay to get back unexpectedly. I also wish I would have known it was a Marriott property so I could have earned points. Because of the storm there were a lot of airline voucher check ins and the staff did great but it was cumbersome to get settled.

Cons:

Не понравилось очень что номер достался для людей с ограниченными возможностями, хотя в бронирование был указан стандартный номер, и к тому же была сломана кровать, ножка в кровати и спать было не удобно

Urban is niet beschikbaar
Cons:

Vanuit het hoofdgebouw werden we naar het andere gebouw gestuurd. We volgden de bordjes Urban. Daar aangekomen zagen wij een complete chaos in de centrale hal, schoenen, jassen kinderwagens.
Uiteindelijk kwamen we in een zaal daar kwam iemand op ons af. We hadden een upgrade naar de appartementen omdat het volledige Urban was afgehuurd (en nu dus bewoond werd vul dit zelf maar in). Dit is vooraf niet gecommuniceerd. Had ik dit geweten dan had ik niet geboekt. Appartement was prima en schoon helaas was er bij aankomst een bed te weinig. Deze moesten ze nog opmaken en dat kon wel 3 kwartier duren. Je weet toch vooraf dat ik een 3pers kamer huur dit had klaar moeten staan.
We hadden bewust voor het Urban gebouw gekozen ivm dat deze dicht op de snelweg staat en dus met zicht op Schiphol.
Nu niet veel zicht op Schiphol tot ongenoegen van onze vliegtuig fan

Uitstekende kamer, slechte informatie waar in te checken.
Pros:

Hotelkamer was excellent

Cons:

Niet duidelijk wordt aangegeven waar de check in.
Op onze boekingsbevestiging werd vermeld”Urban”. Daar aangekomen was er geen receptie, behalve een groot aantal hippie-achtige figuren die ons doorstuurden naar de ingang van Apartments. Daar konden we niet inchecken en werden we doorgestuurd naar de centrale balie en vandaar werden we weer teruggestuurd naar Mariot.Al met al waren wij na een half uur bij de juiste incheckbalie. Slechte performance dus.
