We booked Standard room, once we arrived they made us feel great by telling us they upgraded the room from Standard to Exclusive Suite. The location is great, it is in the center near great local restaurants like albeit baitak and mansaf nashmi, also alanabtawe delight and sweet. and also the staff.They gave us coupons for the downstairs shops. the housekeeping is great , they start cleaning early, the rooms are big and cozy
. This was our first time in Aqaba and in this hotel and it will not be the last. We will return soon. Thank you Lacosta
