This is an excellent hotel, and I highly recommend staying here.

The hotel is located on a hill with very few surrounding buildings, making it exceptionally quiet and peaceful at night.
An unlimited-ride pass for the hotel-operated funicular is available at the front desk, which makes getting around convenient.

From the balcony, you can enjoy a stunning panoramic view over the city of Guanajuato.
The room is well-maintained and clean, and the shower provides stable hot water with good pressure.
There is also a power outlet by the bedside, which is convenient for charging devices, and the Wi-Fi connection is reliable.

Pros:

Fue una muy muy grata experiencia, ubicación privilegiada, acceso directo por funicular directo al hotel, el pipila y al centro a espaldas del teatro Juárez, las habitaciones exelentes, funcionales 100% vista exelente! Desayuno completo bastante bueno, el personal súper amables, y café de cortesía en recepción a todas horas, todo limpio, en buen estado, cómodo 10 de 10

Complessivamente una buona soluzione con alcune magagne
Pros:

La posizione è stupenda. A due passi dal Mirador e alla statua del Pipila, dal balcone della stanza si dominano tutta la città e la vallata. Affacciarsi la mattina di fronte alla bellezza di Guanajuato dall'alto vale quasi l'intero prezzo pagato. La stanza di per sé è onesta: due letti Queen size comodi, spazi adeguati, bagno discreto, sufficientemente silenziosa. C'è un parcheggio convenzionato proprio accanto all'hotel che ospita la macchina per 24 ore a 150 pesos, tutto sommato accettabile, considerati i prezzi indecenti e senza criterio di altri posti come San Miguel Allende. L'hotel fornisce una tessera per ogni ospite per prendere gratuitamente l'adiacente funicolare, che conduce in pieno centro, tutte le volte che si vuole, un valore aggiunto utilissimo.

Cons:

Nonostante l'albergo fosse semivuoto a mezzogiorno quando siamo arrivati la camera non ci è stata data, rimandando il check in alle 15. Non era dovuto, ma in altri posti del nostro viaggio in Messico ci hanno fatto entrare prima, dimostrando maggiore cortesia. La doccia ha funzionato in maniera alterna per tutto il soggiorno. In certi momenti c'era l'acqua calda in altri no. Considerando il prezzo pagato, non certo basso per il Messico, una mancanza piuttosto grave che porta ad abbassare il voto complessivo. Per raggiungere l'albergo dal parcheggio è comunque necessario fare diverse rampe di scale, ripide al ritorno quando dovete riportare i bagagli in macchina, tenetene conto soprattutto se avete qualche problema di mobilità. Al momento di lasciare il parcheggio c'è stato un tentativo di imbroglio da parte del titolare sul totale da pagare: il servizio non dipende direttamente dall'hotel, ma considerando che sono convenzionati un minimo di attenzione in più verso i clienti del Balcone del Cielo sarebbe auspicabile.

Beautiful views
Pros:

Beautiful location, easily accessible via the funicular (early mornings you have to take the stairs, but quite enjoyed it as well) and spacious, clean rooms with AC and great views over the city.

フニクラ乗り放題で便利
Pros:

ピピラの丘まですぐ！
昼夜を問わず好きなタイミングで何度でも絶景が楽しめる。
フニクラの乗場が行列でも、出口から進入してホテルに貸与されたカードを見せると並ぶことなく乗せてくれます。
非常にコスパが良い宿ではないでしょうか。

備え付けのドライヤーは、スイッチを下に入れると強風になります。真ん中が切、上が弱、下が強です（強風にしたら中から虫の死骸が出てきましたが笑）

フロント向かい側の建物でしたが、他の方が書いているような洗面台の排水もお湯が出る速度も許容範囲でした。ただ眺望が東向きなのでバシリカ等は見えません。

早朝フライトで移動するため深夜チェックアウトでしたが、Uberの乗車ポイントをピピラ像前にして乗降が問題ありませんでした。
階段が多いので非力であればスーツケースではなくバックパックのほうがオススメです。

Cons:

チェックインしてすぐクローゼットの中に大きなゴキブリの死骸を見つけました。丘の上の自然がいっぱいだった場所に建っているので仕方ないかもしれませんが、そのくらい確認していただきたいです。いきなり衝撃的でした。

また、連泊時「清掃不要」の札を出していたのに、清掃されていたのも謎です。

上記の点があっても、それでも魅力的な良い宿です。スタッフも英語はそんなに通じませんが親切でした。

Pros:

Ubicado en la falda del monumento al Pipila te da buenas vistas desde las habitaciones , que son limpias , amplias cómodas y con aire acondicionado (que para el mes de Mayo fue todo un plus).
Buen desayuno (incluido) y el personal muy atento muy amable.
La estadía incluye el servicio del Fonicular .
