Ubytování skvělé, čisté bez žádného problému. Snídaně dostačující výběr a chutné. Rádi se zase vrátíme.

Udany pobyt.
Pros:

Blisko stoku, czyste pachnące pokoje, miła obsługa w restauracji, śniadania na nasze dwa dni wystarczające, obiady w restauracji bardzo dobre.

Cons:

Dodatkowo płatny basen i sauna. Hotel nie jest tani więc uważam że powinny być cenie. Cieniutkie ściany, jak źle trafisz może być problem.

Pros:

Great location for skiers. Super friendly staff - ladies at the restaurant especially. Breakfasts really nice - varied daily plus basics always available. Evening restaurant a la carte - amazing pastas and really good salads. Swimming pool - usually shared with only 2-3 other people - spacious then. Hot tub really hot:)

Cons:

The check in with no reception was a bit problematic. The mail sent to us to pay the deposit on the day of the arrival - came when we were in the middle of the journey - hence not seen = did not receive the entry code. Fortunately, the phone number provided worked and a nice lady helped me find out the reason.

Fajna lokalizacja, blisko stoku. Sauna i basen też na plus.

Obsługa słaba. Niby hotel bezobsługowy a to rodzi tylko problemy. Pół dnia proszenia się o kod do drugiego pokoju. Proszenie się o kod do sauny też co pobyt.. Po pobycie naliczony parking, pomimo że nie korzystałem. Odkręcanie to 2 tygodnie mailowania, tak naprawdę z hotelem Omnia. Obsługa olewcza, zdawkowe odpowiedzi.. to moj któryś pobyt ale chyba ostatni..

Śniadanie urozmaicone i smaczne, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie.

Brak wcześniejszej informacji, że wniesienie 100% opłaty za pobyt wcale nie uprawnia do otrzymania kodu do pokoju. W dniu pobytu otrzymuje się email o konieczności wniesienia zabezpieczenia tytułem ewentualnych szkód - ok. 5% ceny za pobyt. Z uwagi na zawirowania z płatnością, dopiero po interwencji telefonicznej ustaliłam przyczynę, dlaczego nie ma kodów i z opóźnieniem zaczęliśmy wypoczynek.
