차와 커피가 맛있는곳 배려있는 직원들
Pros:

위치가 좋았어요 길건너 바로 고성시장으로 들어갈 수 있어요.
차랑 커피가 맛있었어요. 특히 직원인 Caicai 님과 Chao님이 살뜰히 보살펴주셨고 여행일정에 큰도움이 되었어요.
리장가는 차편 예약도 도와주고 저희가 중국어를 못해서 여행사랑 연락이 어려웠는데 직접통화해서 문제를 해결해주었어요.
능력있고 배려심 많은 직원이었습니다.
덕분에 차후여행도 잘 마칠 수 있었습니다.
호텔바로 옆 오토바이 렌탄샵 아저씨도 친절하셨어요^^.

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und konnte Englisch sprechen. Das Zimmer war schön und sehr sauber. Da wir 6 Nächte gebucht hatten, gab es einen Airport Transfer. Die Lage vom Hotel ist optimal: ruhige Lage und dennoch nah an der Hauptstraße, d.h. leichte Anreise und man bekommt gut Taxen oder den Bus. Und gegenüber ist direkt der Markt sowie das West-Tor. Man kommt fußläufig leicht zum Süd-Tor und die Pagoden sind auch einfach erreichbar.

It was a pleasant stay. We highly recommend this hotel.
Pros:

The hotel is in a good location, which is convenient to go to scenic spots. There are tons of restaurants around. Once you step into the hotel it is very quiet. There is a beautiful courtyard and lots of seats to sit and enjoy. There is also washer and dryer for use free of charge. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They informed us the local weather in advance. There was a tea reception when we arrived. Mr. Wang also provided us travel advice. We checked out early in the morning and left our luggage at the hotel until the afternoon. Mr. Wang kindly kept our room in case we needed a shower before we headed to the train station. He also helped us load our luggage into the taxi.

Bel établissement confortable et bien situé. Double vitrage très efficace même quand l'hôtel voisin fait des travaux le soir. Réceptionnistes anglophones et très sympas.

Cons:

L'odeur de cigarette qui rentrait en continu dans la salle de bain. Pas top non plus de laisser fumer dans les parties communes couvertes.

Very friendly and helpful staff who help you to plan out an itinerary if you have no idea what to see, do and eat. The place was clean and looked very zen.

Cons:

Great facilities but some of it seem a little worse for wear. Could do with better maintenance in some areas. But overall, still an excellent stay

A very warm, friendly and well located place to stay.

We loved the environment and the aesthetics; best of all the service was first class. We were given local recommendations that were extremely helpful and we had excellent responses to all our questions. It’s the service that really makes this place wonderful and special

Amazing accommodation right next to Dali Old Town.
Pros:

Great location, right next to North Gate Market. A lot of restaurants around hotel which is very convenient. The room and hotel facility was very well thought through. Very clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent stay. We would stay here again. Thank you so much!

Nice and Cozy Homestay
Pros:

Had booked this property based on a recommendation of a friend. Location of the property was just across the road to the Old Town. Room is very spacious and the best is that the toilet is heated up so it doesn't feel so cold after the shower.

Nothing. Everything is good.
