Fantastic place for a short vacation by the beach.
Pros:

Very nice place by the sandy beach. I was positively surprised by the restaurant; their menu, taste and quality are fantastic! And of course sea view both day and night! Also my room was specious enough so no need for air conditioner.

Cons:

It a few minor things like absence of the chair in my room, quality of chairs and table on the terrace and absence of the breakfast included option. For elderly and senior age descent to the sea from the sun beds may require an extra caution.

Cons:

Venir nous réveiller pour nous demander à quelle heure on quittera la chambre. Et venir toquer à la porte à 10h alors que le Check-out est prévu à 11h sur le règlement (on avait annoncé qu’on quittait à 10h, mais à mon avis on pouvait attendre 15min qu’on parte sans venir relancer)

Ein sehr schönes und kleines familiäres Hotel am tollen Strand
Pros:

Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen. Vorallem auch der Bereich vorne, wo man isst und der private Strand.
Die Zimmer sind sehr angenehm, wir hatten ein grosses Zimmer mit seitlichem Meerblick. Das kleinere Zimmer nach hinten ist auch hübsch, aber besser nur für eine Person, da ein Teil vom Badezimmer im Raum ist und sehr wenig Ablagefläche hat. Für unsere 19 jährige Tochter war es aber perfekt. Wir würden wieder hier übernachten. Auch das Personal ist sehr nett. Die Lage ist ausserhalb von den sehr grossen Hotelanlagen und vom Zentrum, womit es ruhiger ist. In
Malia ist mitte Oktober zum Glück nicht mehr so viel los, sonst hätten wir diesen Ort nicht gewählt.
Das Essen ist auch gut, aber mitte Oktober am Abend zu kalt um im Hotel draussen zu essen. Das Partner Restaurant im Malia ist sehr zu empfehlen. Auch das Fischrestaurant am Hafen (eher teuer für Kreta, aber sehr gut).

Pros:

Uns hat das Hotel super gut gefallen. Das Hotel ist klein und sehr persönlich. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett. Die Lage ist ruhig. Der Strand mit den bequemen Liegen ist top. Das Wasser herrlich, aber im Oktober natürlich nicht mehr so warm. Aber der Pool war noch kälter. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und wir liebten es, am Morgen vorne im Restaurant zu frühstücken und genossen jeweils die schöne Aussicht auf's Meer. Manchmal auch assen wir auch am Mittag dort. Es war gut, aber nicht hervorragend. Das Restaurant Drossia bei der Hauptstrasse, das auch den gleichen Besitzer hat, fanden wir sehr schön und das Essen ist sehr gut. Und man bekommt 10% Ermässigung als Gast vom Hotel Parthenis. Am Abend war es bei uns im Oktober zu kühl, um im Hotel zu essen (es gibt keinen Innenraum). Aber den Apéro mit tollem Sonnenuntergang haben wir jeweils noch dort genossen.
Malia ist kein schöner Ort. Eher für Partyleute. Aber das Hotel liegt abseits vom Trubel und mitte Okt. ist sowieso nicht mehr viel los. Wir würden in Malia auf alle Fälle wieder dieses tolle Hotel wählen.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit seitlichem Meerblick, was sehr gross und schön war für zu zweit.
Das Studio mit Gartenblick würden wir für zwei Personen nicht empfehlen. Ist zwar auch hübsch, aber klein und das Badezimmer etwas komisch im Zimmer integriert. Für 1 Person aber völlig ausreichend.

Sehr schöne Anlage mit sehr netten Personal, Ausstattung der Zimmer könnte besser sein.
Pros:

Tolle Lage, direkt an einem schönen Strand und fußläufig nicht weit bis nach Downtown. Bequeme Betten und bei unserer Junior Suite. Schöne Liegen auf dem großen Balkon. Es gibt einen großen Kühlschrank und einen Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer. Das Personal ist extrem zuvorkommend und freundlich! Toller Service und gutes Essen.

Cons:

die Zimmer Ausstattung war in Ordnung, aber nichts Besonderes.
Im Schrank lagen noch Tüten vom Vormieter. Statt abgepackter Seife wäre ein Seifenspender nachhaltiger. Wenn es zum Wasserkocher auch Kaffee gäbe, würde das die Erwartungen, die man an einem Hotelzimmer/Suite dieser Kategorie hat, erfüllen. Keinerlei Amenities außer Seife und Schampoo/ Dudchgel.
Wir haben das Zimmer als sehr hellhörig empfunden, da man durch die Türschlitze jedes Wort vom Gang versteht.

Dizájnos de nem funkcionális, szép de nem szerethető!

Reggeli kifogástalan volt bár aránytalanul drága.

Cons:

A dizájn a funkcionalitás rovására megy! Nagyon magas volt az ágy, és nem lehetett sehova leülni. Az erkélyről kellett széket behozni. A szobában lévő mosdó (?) csapja lötyögött, attól féltem, hogy a következő víz megnyitáskor kitörik. A hűtőszekrény fagyasztójában vastagon állt a jég, rég nem olvasztották le így az ajtaját nem lehetett bezárni. A szálloda partszakasz kicsi és gyakorlatilag használhatatlanul meredek igy ha valaki fürdeni akar, akkor a környező szállodák partszakaszáról kell bemennie a vízba.

Spacious room. Good Bathroom. Would have liked a chair and table with mirror. Brilliant access to the pool and restaurant from our pool view room ground floor. Swimming pool good but too much chlorine. Plenty of sunbeds with very comfy cushions . Food very good. And the views of the sea great from the restaurant. Good Tavernas in the old town. 20 min to get there. Our waitress was excellent. Weather still hot in October.

Cons:

No sunbeds with cushions actually on the beach. Sea too rough to swim in apart from 1 out of 7 days, although there were a few storms and we went in October. Beach crowded from other hotels.
You need a car to explore as Malia not the prettiest of places to stay.

Emplacement super les pieds dans l eau
Pros:

Studio de luxe était parfait avec grande terrasse et balcon. Chambre spacieuse
Emplacement super la piscine et la plage étaient devant notre studio
Calme car situé en bord de mer et assez loin de la rue principale (env 200m) pas de nuisance sonore
Personnel agréable et efficace

Cons:

Wifi très léger surtout dans la chambre mais plus efficace dans les espaces communs
Le petit déjeuner que sur carte, il serait utile de rajouter des formules petit déjeuner sur la carte
