The hotel location is in the city center and you can walk to the main atractions, metro, train.
Pros:

The room was very nice and confortable. The location was excellent, near the main square, metro, places to eat, supermarket. The breakfast was nice, buffet style, with american coffee, breads, cheeses, fried mushrooms, fried tomatos, fried potatoes, fruits, cereals, milk, iogurte, orange juice. You eat and drink as much as you can. You can plan the room cleaning through the ipad.

Cons:

The bathroom does not have sanitary shower. The breads for breakfast could not be heated. There was only american coffee, which is a bit weak. In order to have a stronger coffee, you need to pay. It seemed that the heating was only on during sleep times.

Pros:

Otelin konumu çok güzeldi. Resepsiyondaki çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve yardım severdi. Bagajı hiç ücret ödemeden istediğimiz saate kadar bırakabildik. Resepsiyon kayı da güzel keyifliydi. Manzaralı yüksek katı seçmiştik. Her sabah gün doğumunu izleyerek güne başlamak bizi mutlu etti. Kopenhag a gidersek hiç düşünmeden tekrar kalacağımız otel.

Cons:

Her şey dijital olması dezavantaj olabilir.

Nice smart hotel
Pros:

Great location. Smart facilities. Luggage storage provided.

Cons:

No light button for toilet. So if you go toilet at midnight you have to find the pad to turn on lights. Glass wall of the toilet might also woke up partner. Took some time to set the lighting section.

No coffee machine inside room or in lounge.

Fantastic location to explore Copenhagen.
Pros:

Fantastic location, central to the train station and the city centre. I was able to walk everywhere from the hotel. The room was spotless, bed was comfy, and the shower was lovely.

Cons:

No room on either side of the bed, so you can’t actually step out of the bed. There also aren’t any plug sockets near the bed.

The lay-out of the room. Having to climb over each other in bed was odd and not expected
Breakfast was very average for this kind of hotel
System failure which meant I paid twice (thru booking.com and at Hotel) and had to wait for credit)

C'était exceptionnelle
Pros:

L'emplacement était idéal. Au centre de Copenhague, à 10-15min à pied de tous les lieux touristiques : Châteaux, musée, etc... L'hôtel était également très pratique. Tout se gère via un ipad, c'était vraiment top. On a pu également laisser nos bagages dans des casiers gratuitement, ce qui est très pratique pour ne pas se trimballer nos affaires toute une journée.

Pros:

L’emplacement idéal pour découvrir la ville. Lignes de métro et de bus en bas de l’hôtel. Comme dans tous les hotels Citizen M toute la chambre est commandée depuis un Ipad, très pratique et efficace.

Cons:

Chambre un peu petite, bien pour un court séjour mais pas plus. Prix des consommations au bar de l’hôtel.

Sehr angenehmes City-Trip Hotel für 2-3 Nächte. Perfekte Lage und alles da, was man braucht.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend. Super Anbindung zum Flughafen, Metro, Bus und Zug gleich in der Nähe (2-5 Minuten zu Fuß). Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten konnten wir zu Fuß problemlos erkunden (alles zwischen 5 und 45 Minuten spazierend zu erreichen).
Das Personal war sehr freundlich - beim Check-In/-Out und auch behilflich beim Verstauen des Gepäcks am letzten Tag, (da unser Flug erst am Abend ging).
Der Bar-Bereich (auch Frühstücksbereich) im 7. Stock ist sehr nett mit schöner Aussicht. Wir haben aber nicht im Hotel gefrühstückt.
Die Möglichkeit sein Gepäck kostenlos in Schließfächern zu verstauen am An- oder Abreisetag war super.

Cons:

Das große Bett in der Ecke - direkt unter dem großen Fenster ist zum Ein-/Aussteigen nicht sehr bequem - außerdem zieht es direkt neben dem großen Fenster. Es war generell kalt im Zimmer, obwohl wir die Heizung (Steuerung über ein iPad) voll aufgedreht hatten.
