Pros:

Perfect location just a short walk from the central train station. The breakfast was very enjoyable with many options. Cozy lounge area on the highest floor. You can change the color of the bathroom lamps, I found that a bit amusing.

No tenían leche sin lactosa, ni productos sin gluten, la chica que nos atendió en el desayuno podía haber sido más amable. Las habitaciones no del todo limpias, y las toallas con un olor poco agradable. No tiene gimnasio.

Cons:

To add two more nights to my booking, they increased the price an unreasonable amount. I paid to avoid moving but it was far too much for a hotel that provides very small rooms and no kettle or coffee maker in the room

Nice location near train and pedestrian old town area.

Cons:

Rooms were tiny. Beds were comfortable but not well configured. They were tucked in with walls on 3 sides so had to “scooch” in and out. Also, with small rooms they tout huge living room areas to use. We purchased charcuterie foods and wine to relax in living area with our group but got kicked out because you can’t bring wine into bar. We were tucked in the back nowhere near the bar, in fact couldn’t even see the bar from where we were. This was disappointing because we couldn’t gather in the small rooms either. So the living areas they tout, really aren’t for that use, just all part of the bar.

Pros:

The room was very nice, clean, and efficient. The location is great as it is at the beginning of the shopping district in Copenhagen. It was very easy to check in and out.

Cons:

The breakfast buffet could have been better. More selection of food options. A self-serve coffee machine with capuccino and latte options would be nice.
