Pros:

Excellent location, right opposite metro station and less than 10 min walk to main train station

Surrounded by eating places / shops

Cons:

Room was on the small side, bed is against wall and window so no way to go round it

Toilet / shower is in a frost glass cubicle within the room, lacks a bit of privacy

Great location, a soft and comfortable bed, and very convenient for exploring the city.
Pros:

The accommodation was excellent. It’s conveniently located near the metro, with a 7-Eleven nearby, and the area feels very safe. The facilities are great, including a refrigerator, hair dryer, and clothes hangers. The bathroom was clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable, I slept very well every night.

Cons:

I couldn’t eat and watch TV at the same time because the table wasn’t facing the TV, which made it a bit inconvenient.

Great location and modern features, but missing some basic comforts
Pros:

I stayed at Copenhagen Radhuspladsen Hotel for two nights and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is excellent, right in the city center, which makes it very convenient for exploring Copenhagen. The breakfast was also very good with a nice variety of options.

The room was quite small, but it was sufficient and well-designed. I especially liked the tablet-based automation system, which made controlling the room features easy and modern.

Cons:

However, there were a couple of downsides. The floor in the room was extremely cold, and unfortunately, there were no slippers provided. When I asked, I was told that slippers are not available, which was disappointing. Also, there was no daily housekeeping service, although this was not a major issue for me since I only stayed for two nights.

Great value great location great hotel!
Pros:

Perfect location for sightseeing Copenhagen. Beautiful rooms that although small were fantastic. Clean and comfortable beds and pillows. Unbelievable value and wonderful staff.

Great location, good food and view, and room was comfortable and a little funky (or Danish)!
Pros:

Location, comfortable bed, warm shower, and food you could order was really good.

Cons:

Some of the processes were slow or cumbersome e.g., iPad to control everything. Had to go from 1st floor to 7th floor checkout and back to ground floor to leave the hotel. Check out itself was quick but I didn’t really understand the need for it.
