Plain and very basic rooms, breakfast not worth your time, extra charges for credit card payments.
Pros:

Location and quietness of the neighbourhood, a luxury in a chaotic and noisy city, full of noise of motorbikes and old polluting cars. The bedrooms are dull and plain, so basic, with the only intention to extract money from visitors, even by overcharging 6% credit card fees. Not recommended.

Cons:

Breakfast is a waste of your time, do not bother waking up so early (from 7 to 9 am). In a country so rich in food and fruits, the breakfast is just so simple and basic, which is a pure sign of laziness and greediness from the owners. Be ready to feel the spring in the mattress, a sign of how the beds have worn down. They really haven't invested in this property since it opened.

Que nos quisieron cobrar de más por dejar una toalla manchada que si bien era usada y tuve que lavarla yo para demostrar que solo era suciedad nada más y que salía. Que mal que al turista siempre le quieran sacar más dinero me ha pasado dos veces en Colombia

Me encanto la ubicación, todo está súper limpio y organizado, los desayunos que nos prepararon estaban super ricos , la atención de 2 chicas fueron super atentas se llaman: Karen y Milena, se encargaron de hacernos sentir muy bien.

Cons:

No me gustó definitivamente 2 chicas las cuales trabajaban en la recepción llamadas: Camila es la chica que nos hizo el ingreso al hotel.. tenía mala cara y su actitud no ayudo de mucho y hubo un momento el cual grito a la compañera y otra chica Vanesa la cual no estaba en el celular no saludo y solo pregunto si teníamos las llaves del cuarto... Otro tema sería en el cuarto el cual me quedé las almohadas estaba muy acabadas, el TV no funcionaba y el Netflix menos y la chica Camila nos dijo que se tenía que ingresar nuestro usuario de Netflix porque ellos no tenían. La puerta del baño se abría solita y fue un poco incomodo bañarse.

Cons:

Había humedades por toda la habitación y el baño, era realmente difícil respirar por la noche.
Las sabanas estaban deshilachadas.
Cada vez que nos duchamos se llenó todo el baño de agua ya que no había puerta en la ducha.
Nos cobraron 70.000 pesos por manchar una toalla con maquillaje, sin avisar en el check-in de estas normas.
