Bairro extremamente arborizado, sossegado e tranquilo, nos passou muita segurança. No nosso quarto (Nr 10) tinha uma varanda com mesinha muito charmosa. Banheiro grande com chuveiro excelente. Cama bem grande e confortável .

O café da manhã poderia ser mais completo. É bem simples. Acrescentaria umas frutas e sucos no cardápio.

Pese a haber hecho la reserva con más de 6 meses de antelación y haber cancelado el 50% del valor, el día anterior a llegar al hotel su personal se comunicó conmigo para informarme que debía cancelar más del monto pactado. Las toallas del hotel son viejas y huelen feo. No había papel higiénico en los baños. Solicitamos una almohada de más y nos dijeron que solo teníamos derecho a una por cliente. El trato de algunos empleados horrible. Nunca volvería a este lugar.

My last stay
Cons:

I have been coming here for the last three years due to the fact that our office is closeby.
In the beginning there were a lot of problems with moist. At my last stay I realized that really nothing, but nothing has been done to even give the idea that the property was well maintained. Even the sink was not properly maintained.
Probably the owners want to change the 2 storey building into a tower.
This was my last stay.

El desayuno siempre lo mismo y muy poco, la ubicación es buena , esta en una zona muy tranquila, la habitación regular.

Cons:

Las tohallas eran viejas y solo nos brindaron una tohalla por persona, no habia shampo ni reacondicionador. El baño tiene problemas de filtración de agua en el suelo.
