五星级酒店，服务三星都不如，前台服务超级的差，和她反应一点进步的反馈都爱搭不理的态度。爱心房间超级的小，电动轮椅进去都转不了，苦了爱人士。

餐饮部的员工们也一样爱搭不理的态度，用后餐具也不会自动过来收拾。
