員工態度很棒
垂簾壞掉，兩邊無法合著，白天陽光曬進來根本無法睡。廁所的門壞掉，無法全部關閉，只能關一半。浴室蓮蓬頭支撐架也壞了，支持不住蓮蓬頭。
位置在交流道附近對開車旅行的人來說很方便，雖然離市區有點距離，很感謝貼心提供的接駁巴士可以往返嘉義文化路夜市，喜歡!! 推薦!!

櫃檯員工態度超差，床頭裝潢的邊角，小孩的頭極容易撞到。
服務態度，員工注意到我check in完，馬上先去幫我按電梯，超級體貼。我們大人腰酸，做木地板會更糟，馬上打客房服務請飯店提供靠背椅子，態度很好且馬上就送過來。
房間，一進去就覺得霉味很重，應該要除濕，且房間太小，大人睡的床太硬，且應該要架高，沒有靠背的椅子；浴室有尿味，或者是那個沐浴乳、洗髮精的殘餘味道，建議換品牌。
早餐比一般五星飯店用心，期待飯店等級升級！
