Duplication!
Pros:

This entry is under several (!) different names here.
I was there in July during my business trip to the Kaliningrad region.
The hotel enjoys an excellent location but cannot boast high standards of hospitality. Both interiors and rooms are drab, and their service is obsolete.
I wouldn't recommend trying them.

Pros:

Единственное достоинство отеля-местоположение. Центр города, пешеходная зона, до моря 3 минуты. На этом все. При заселении в отель цена проживания изменилась от заранее оговоренной (4400 руб. в день), естественно  в большую сторону. Отдельная история - уборка номера. Уборки, как таковой не было вообще. После нескольких просьб один раз выбросили мусор и заменили полотенца. Так называемый завтрак, включенный в стоимость, не рассчитан на взрослого человека. При этом Вам совершенно спокойно могут заявить, что кофе уже закончился. Но у нас в номере был холодильник и вопрос с завтраками мы решили самостоятельно. В отеле есть лифт, но не работает, есть система кондиционирования, но не работает. Чтобы дождаться горячей воды, придется включить кран минут на 15, после чего пойдет теплая вода. Москитных сеток на окнах нет, а комаров огромное количество, поэтому заранее запаситесь Фумитоксом или не открывайте окна, но кондиционер не работает. В общем, если есть выбор, остановитесь Где-нибудь в другом месте. А в целом, отдых получился  замечательным за счет отличной погоды, теплого моря, прекрасных пляжей и вкусной еды в кафе на "проминаде" (набережной). Удачи всем!
