We had a great stay , thanks 🙂
Pros:

The hotel is in a beautiful quiet area, with parking available near by . The staff was very nice and friendly. We had an issue in our room regarding the heating but they solved it with a good upgrade of room . Food was excellent. Recommend

Comfortable and quiet hotel for the rest with good location and view
Pros:

Quiet place, beautiful view from the room, friendly staff, free parking, waterfall close to the hotel, cosy room, comfortable bed, fresh air and very comfortable sleeping with waterfall sounds.

A really good option to go skiing at Ordino-Arcalis
Pros:

The breakfast was quite complete and the dinner menu was made with high quality ingredients. The room was clean and amenities provided were correct. The staff has been helpful and friendly providing always clear and complete explanation about everything. They also have a common room with nice armchairs and babyfoot.

Cons:

It would have been nice to vary the way eggs are cooked for the breakfast. They did it only sunny-side up. Also the coffee machine didn't offer the option to remove sugar.

Me encanta este hotel está bastante alejado de andorra centro, pero si quieres estar alejado del ruido es ideal, recomendamos ir con coche, personal muy atento, desayuno excelente súper completo y unas vistas hermosas

Pros:

Las camas y almohadas cómodas personal amable desayuno poco variado pero de todo lo necesario (embutido, leche zumos, cafés, infusiones..., huevos salchichas galletas) ascensor, la calefacción nunca la encontrábamos puesta pero la temperatura era excelente (dormíamos desarropados)

Cons:

Poco aparcamiento, no se nos dio nunca el caso porque siempre teníamos aparcamiento en la puerta pero no creo q cupiera más de 10 coches. No muy lejos había un parking público el cual no tuvimos q usar
