Pros:

Un hôtel très confortable avec un bon rapport qualité/prix. Un des meilleurs d'Andorre assurément. Lit ferme impeccable. Balcon avec vue dégagée.

Cons:

Le spa toujours payant. L'insonorisation très perfectible (bruits d'eau et de toilettes). Des progrès sur la qualité des produits (variés)du petit déjeuner mais peut mieux faire encore pour un 4*

Unos días inolvidables, el hotel está en la ubicación perfecta tranquila y unas vistas preciosas,lo mejor sus trabajadores atentos y profesionales todos ellos, en especial la mujer de recepción la sevillana,y el camarero juan el sevillano, espero que cuando vuelva al hotel sigan trabajando allí,sin ellos la estancia no sería tan especial, gracias por unos días para recordar

El personal del hotel, las vistas y el restaurante/bufet.

Cons:

Hace un par de años vinimos por primera vez a este hotel y quedamos enamorados, nos encantó todo. Esta vez, la cosa no ha ido tan bien. Además de haber subido precio por noche, como en todos los hoteles, la calidad ha bajado. El agua del spa estaba fría, la habitación parecía un horno, era imposible regular la calefacción, los cojines estaban chafados y con bultos y por último la bañera tenía el soporte de la alcachofa roto lo que hacía que toda el agua saliera y llenase el suelo lleno de agua.

Very well recommended!
Pros:

All the staff was so welcoming, positive, friendly and helpful! It ads up so much to the whole experience. The room was cosy and everything super clean and well taken care of.
