El personal del hotel, las vistas y el restaurante/bufet.

Cons:

Hace un par de años vinimos por primera vez a este hotel y quedamos enamorados, nos encantó todo. Esta vez, la cosa no ha ido tan bien. Además de haber subido precio por noche, como en todos los hoteles, la calidad ha bajado. El agua del spa estaba fría, la habitación parecía un horno, era imposible regular la calefacción, los cojines estaban chafados y con bultos y por último la bañera tenía el soporte de la alcachofa roto lo que hacía que toda el agua saliera y llenase el suelo lleno de agua.

Very well recommended!
Pros:

All the staff was so welcoming, positive, friendly and helpful! It ads up so much to the whole experience. The room was cosy and everything super clean and well taken care of.

Thank you to the staff for all your help
Pros:

Hotel staff were great. We were in Andorra for our son’s ski race and the weather made life very hard with timings and driving. The team couldn’t have been more flexible and helpful with our booking and the staff helped us dig our car out of the crazy amounts of snow everyone morning. Thank you!!

Cons:

Room was a litttle small, but no smaller than any other hotel hanging off the side of a mountain.
