Pros:

Отель расположен к речного порта, прямо в начале живописной набережной. При отеле приличный ресторан, куллер, мебель сантехника новые.

Pros:

В номере чистота и уют. Есть не только чайник, но и даже комплект чая. Единственный минус - в начале мая уже отключили отопление и было холодно. Отель находится в месте паромной переправы в Китай

Замечательный отель
Pros:

Очень уютный современный и чистый отель. Все новое - мебель и техника абсолютно новые, рядом находится Благовещенский речной порт и таможня. В номерах очень тепло и по-домашнему уютно. Рекомендуем.

Удобство без пафоса
Pros:

Гостиница идеальна для иногородних, выезжающих или приезжающих в соседний Хайхэ. Морвокзал в 100 метрах. Кстати до улицы Ленина всего 2 квартала, т.е. теоретически вы живете практически в центре. В гостинице есть хороший по меркам Благовещенска суши-бар. От гостиницы до аэропорта ехать в среднем 35-40 минут. Вполне адекватное соотношение цены и качества.

Comfortable and modern interior
Pros:

I had the Deluxe room and it's very spacious and comfortable with a large and modern bathroom. Unlike many hotels in Blagoveshchensk, this has a real shower (most have plastic shower enclosures). Everything was very nice and it's all been recently renovated.

Modern hotel interior & good value
Pros:

Nice hotel with good value for money and very modern interior. Beds are comfortable, WiFi was ok. Good attached Japanese restaurant.
Strange bathroom, toilet and vanity layout, but also quite modern and a proper shower (Not one of the plastic prefabricated things in most hotels in Blagoveshchensk).
No bottles of water in the room! No mini bar either. Very inconvenient.
Location is not good for other restaurants etc but the taxi ride to the centre is only about 100 rub
