Pros:

Good value for money, helpful staff.
Close to nature, visited by monkeys most mornings

Need so many repairs and threat to our privacy better to avoid if you go as family,
Pros:

Location of the hotel is good for easy access

Cons:

Room wasn't clean, need many repairs, broken door and windows will be a threat to our privacy
We checked in the evening ( after 3pm) and the room wasn't ready and had to wait 1 more hour to get our room, so disappointed

Cons:

Property is good but the staffs are not maintained properly. Not clean, empty alcohol bottles in the living space. Wash room is smelly, swimming pool water is clean but not clean full of leaves and frog was there.

Expectation Vs Reality
Pros:

The pool and the location of the property is good.

Cons:

The rooms were moist and smelly. Seems like the property has not been maintained timely. Bathrooms were the horrible side of the property and I don't think any of our group took a shower.

Ok for a quick stop.
Pros:

Ok for one night but not any more. The pool was not very clean and needed looking after. When we checked in the man on the desk told us we could eat in the restaurant but when we went there to get some food he said it was all shit and we'd have to walk down the road to another restaurant. Not the end of the world but after a long day driving it was far from ideal.

Great Location & Friendly Staff, but Needs Some Improvements
Pros:

This is my third visit to Capital Regency. The staff is friendly and always tries their best, even though they seem to be understaffed. The location is excellent—just a short walking distance to the rear entrance of the Temple of the Tooth (Dalada Maligawa), Kandy Lake Round, and the children’s playground.

Cons:

The rooms are decent but could use some upgrades, especially the furniture, which should be replaced for a better experience. Overall, it’s a budget-friendly place with a great location, but some improvements would make the stay even better.
