Pros:

The hotel didn' t find my reservation so I had to change the hotel quickly. Afterwards they asked me to cancel my reservation. How can it be possible if they couldn't find my reservation??!!

Pros:

The problem was their claim about room amenities instead of hotel amenities such as refrigerator, kitchennet and coffee maker they were in the hotel lobbey instead of room itself. Rooms were not soundproofed at all.
