Sipano Beach Lodge Kiwengwa

I love location of this hotel -on the beach.Staff is very friendly and helpful.
Breakfeat meniu could have more variaty,it was so borring to eat pancakes and donuts with watermelion and pineapple for 2 weeks.
The first room ,which we stayed was in the terrible condition -couldnt flush toilet,no hot water and later even cold.Then we moved to the room -closer to the beach ,which was much better.

Igazi afrikai szálláshely. A szobák és főleg a fürdőszobák alacsony igényszintűek. Légkondi nincs. Viszont a személyzet nagyon kedves. A hangulat nagyszerű. A partmenti elhelyezkedés és a nagyon kedvező árak mindenképpen mellette szólnak. Hippiknek és lélekben hippiknek nagyon ajánlott. Mi imádtuk.

ubicazione eccellente, personale disponibile, le camere fronte mare gradevoli, le altre poste nel retro della struttura non adeguate alle temperature del luogo. Riteniamo segnalare che la descrizione della struttura proposta non corrisponde assolutamente alla realtà.

Sono stata bene al sipano è un ambiente familiare nn il solito villaggio qua vivi l Africa

Non è il solito villaggio di lusso ma bisogna anche calcolare che costa pochissimo...comunque X me bella esperienza

Siamo arrivate in 3 domenica 16 febraio, abbiamo trovato una camera da 2 persone senza finestre e molto sporca. Dopo lunga discussione lunedì pomeriggio siamo riuscite ad avere una camera x 3 comunque piccola e comunque sporca. In tutta la settimana non è mai stato fatto il check in. Il proprietario e responsabile quasi sempre assente

Struttura sul mare in stile zanzibarino con camere pulite. Ottima accoglienza.
Soldi ben spesi!

La posizione direttamente sulla spiaggia. Gestito da locali. Per conoscere e adattarsi alla vita del luogo

Déçue pour le prix!
Nous avions une chambre face à la mer, mais extrêmement bruyante, impossible de dormir avant 2/3h du matin, réveil à 6h maximum..
Eau de récupérateur d’eau de pluie, donc pas de douche quand nous avons envie.
Wifi qui marche 1h/jour à peine.
Personnel peu souriant, et ménage fait 3 fois sur 9 jours..
Excursion avec le guide de « l’hôtel » hors de prix..
Je dirais plutôt que c’est une guest house et non un hôtel 3 étoiles!
Par contre petit déjeuner top, varié et très bon. Et repas très bon!!
Et transat + hamac vue mer très jolie!

Upon arrival, our room was sold a second time, I heard that there is no room where we paid for a delux room. Not nice service, no contact with the management or the owner, I did not even hear sorry. I had to look for another hotel ...!

Zimmer sehr einfach aber für den günstigen Preis absolut ok.
Das Personal iat super nett.
Der Chef Peter ist sehr hilfsbereit.
Wir würden jederzeit wieder hingehen.
Man kann auch tolle Trips mit Guide vom Hotel aus buchen.

Der Chef ist super nett und hat immer ein offenes Ohr. Auch die Angestellten waren sehr freundlich.

Es un hotel low budget pero con playa privada y con muy buena atencion. Me gusto mucho, 5 dias en sipano, sin dudarlo volveria.

The premises next door played thunderous house music until 2am. Impossible to think, let alone sleep.

Sono arrivata alle 1:30 e nn ho trovato le camere prenotate ho trascorso la notte in spiaggia cn marito e 2 ragazze il proprietario Peter nn era reperibile fortunatamente ho incontrato 2 italiane che cn contributo mi hanno dato una camera... È da eliminare da Expedia... Il Sipano vende ciò che nn esiste...

Eccellente la premura la gentilezza di tutto il personale e la loro disponibilità impeccabile davvero ci si sente tranquilli e sicuri L'unica cosa che ovviamente è un ambiente molto Spartano semplice e forse stile africano ma va da sè che comunque c'è un buon rapporto prezzo qualità Dipende cosa uno cerca sono Cerca un ambiente stile africano va bene se uno vuole un ambiente tutto preciso forse anche con una struttura e le condizioni stile occidentale Non è forse questo è l'ambiente adatto
