Very dissapounted and uncomfortable except for the breskfast.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Location was close to the city.

Cons:

We didn't receive the room we booked in. No view, two single beds instead of a double bed, no wifi access, no water bottles, tea, coffee maker or kettle in the room, no mini bar, the hot water shower was very slow and not enough water to have a shower, there were several cockraches in the room from the first moment we stepped in, no sound proof ability in the room as mentioned. No working desk as mentioned. The TV wasn't working either. The roof was dropping water on the floor through the night. When complained about the room being mixed up and missing what we ordered the management was giving excuses that the previous booked in people haven't left yet. But if we have booked they should provide the booked room. At the end the card payment machine was running low on battery and had to make a bank transfer to pay them. Fortunately had the bank transfer ability. Very dissapounted how they treat the clients. The outside of the room everywhere smelled a lot with cigarrete smoke although was mentioned as no smoking.

Pros:

Great breakfast, very attending and kind staff. Good location, spacious.
Good value for money.

Cons:

Overall cleaning of room and bathroom, ants in room, wall with some stains. AC, TV are bit older.
Steep access may be difficult.

Comfortable cozy place
Pros:

Good cozy clean room with all facilities provided as mentioned.....special thanks to the staff who went above and beyond their way to make sure we had all we needed as were traveling with kids.....5 mins drive to Kandy lake n city.... overall good place

My requirement well compy with. Recommend for any category of people.
Pros:

1.Direct monitoring/supervision/involvement/visit on staff & proceedings from the manager/owner and neat & clean.
2. Open for both local & foreigners with same interests

Cons:

There is space to improve the Access & Movement for vehical from entrance to front door.
