La Maison Residence

Considering the price and service , we can say this is proper place if you are looking a place to accommodate in center of city. Rooms clean, you can get free coffee , tea from lobby anytime. The only negative side is english speaking , and I am not sure if there is AC in the room or not. Regarding noises from outside it happens only for weekends. Thank you to entire team !

This hotel is a nightmare. I’ll never get back there. Here are a lot of horrible experiences I had during my 4-night stay:

1. The room was so small with no windows.
2. There's no specific restaurant for breakfast. They bring a tray of food to your room every morning.
3. You can choose your breakfast from a list of predefined items only before 10:00 PM. You won't get breakfast if you get back to the hotel after 10:00 PM.
4. The air conditioning system of the hotel is a nightmare. There's no universal AC system, just regular small table fans.
5. The hotel staff are nothing like friendly. They didn’t have good behavior after we explained that we didn't know we had to choose our breakfast before 10:00 PM.
6. We had booked a twin-bed room, but they gave us a double-bed room with no acceptable explanation.
7. Staff couldn't speak in English at all. They “typed” into Google Translate to talk to us.
8. It’s just a one-floor hotel with only 13-14 rooms.
9. You can't contact the hotel over WhatsApp, Email, or anything other than phone.
10. The water was cold and we couldn't take a shower at all.
11. The bar downstairs was open all night and the loud noise was so annoying.
12. The lobby is so small—only two seats to sit.
13. The hotel is barely discoverable from outside—no sign or clear label.
14. The elevator didn't work.

Decent hotel for the price. Great location! However, there was loud music playing somewhere on the street outside in a bar or just someone was basking all night. I really had difficulty sleeping

Localization is the best, in the heart of Moscow downtown, one block from the Bolshoi , the metro, and the most important museums, historical buildings, shopping, restaurants and monuments, in in the corner of two of the most important and best pedestrian avenues of Moscow. Rooms are comfortable and clean, people working in service are very nice and supportive. Good quality and low price balance. Going back to Moscow I surely will be again in the same hotel. If you are arriving in the night it would be a quite difficult to find the entrance for the first time, it is a small door of glass shared with other restaurants and gym in the same building. The hotel would inform it in their webpage, how to find the entrance, putting a photo, for example.

Me gusto todo en realidad, el servicio la comodidad de la habitación la vista que tenía mi habitación era para enamorarse me encanto!

The location of this hotel is amazing, and thestaff was very pleasant and tried their best. There was noise in the weekend from the club in the same building but that's not their fault. The reason I quickly moved out was because of the smell in the bathroom. The bathroom had a very, and I mean, VERY foul odor coming from the sink, you just couldn't be there for more than a minute and nothing masked that smell. I asked to change room but unfortunately they were booked so I left after 2 days.

Впечатления самые худшие! За стеной отеля находится клуб, звукоизоляция ужасная, музыка и басы долбят всю ночь! При бронировании написано что есть парковка, по факту ее нет, пришлось проехать 2 больших круга, пока нашли место парковки. Хотя при бронировании ориентировались на то парковка есть.

No windows in the room, no ac for the whole hotel. Staff did bring a fan, but it really did not help much. Smelt like cigarettes on our room, even though we had a non smoking room. A restaurant, night club next to us, so music until 5am-terrible if you’re a bad sleeper…

Worst hotel I’ve stayed in. In a room without windows it smelled of canalization, it was disgusting. Beds were extremely uncomfortable, pillows were solid hurting your neck when you slept. - Room was dust central, dust had settled everywhere. To change the situation, you will be offered to move to a room more expensive and PAY a new one for it. Disrespectful attitude towards you in everything. The money was not returned to us for the days we had not lived. We asked them to return our money and in return they give you a form, fill it out and no results. BEWARE and do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Окно в номере не закрывалось -сквозняк ,плохой ремонт ( не соответствует фото), завтрак ужасный !!! Не заказывайте

Часто остаюсь в этом отеле и селю друзей. В первую очередь потому что он симпатичный, в центре и недорогой.

Из минусов — плохая звукоизоляция с коридором (а от окон шума не так много).

В последнюю поездку ночью за стенкой делали ремонт, сославшись на то, что «главный инженер разрешил». Это конечно верх глупости и полное отсутствие чувства такта. Надеюсь, что такого больше не будет.

В целом рекомендую к посещению.

Our was great! Everything clean! The location is amazing! A little noisy outside during the night, but for young couples it’s no problem at all. Nice pub and restaurant on the ground floor.

Location, service, cleanliness was very good. Would gladly return.

Such a great stay in the centre of the city.You have all the luxury shopping streets 2min walk distance. Red square & Bolshoi teather 5min walk away. For gastronomy lovers, most cool restaurants are also in the area. For example Nobu across the road and Novikov 5min walk.
If you are a fitness fan, there is a nice gym upstairs to use. Its not part of the hotel, but in most cases its even better.
Rooms might be for some taste small in size, but they are designed perfectly to accommodate all needs.
The staff is very pleasant, polite and helpful.
Will definitely return.

Очень хороший и приятный персонал

Veldig fint opphold og utrolig sentralt. Hotellet ligger i en dyr og eksklusiv gate så det er veldig fint. Vanskelig å finne frem til hotellet da det ikke finnes en hoveddør, men en felles dør for hotellet og tre andre ting. Det burde stå i formasjon om hvilken dør man skal se etter med hvilke skilt i nærheten. det luktet også kloakk fra doen hele tiden så det var kvalmt. Men ellers fint og rent og hyggelig staff.
