Удобный номер, чистые постель и посуда, уборка ежедневная. В номере отсутствовали халаты, но нам их любезно предоставили по просьбе.
Заявленный на сайте "Приветственный подарок" отсутствовал, сотрудники о нём даже не слышали, на вопрос что это за подарок?- сильно удивились и не смогли ответить.
There’s not a great deal of choice in Kolomna, but this is probably one of the best options. It’s not a place of beauty, and those whose rooms look out over the back face views of tramlines and ugly Soviet-era housing blocks, but it’s clean, efficient and the service is good.
Hotel was nice staff friendly and hotel kept very clean. Checkin was very pleasant lovely girl Elena good on English and helpful. My second time in Kolomna that is why i picked this hotel saw it was central the first time shame i had not booked it then the area nice shopping centre afew mins walk and a lovely momerial park across the road if i ever was to go back to Kolomna i would stay at this hotel. The rooms do not have a kettle in them but you can pay for tea tray for 250 rubels for your stay which is kettle cups tea and coffee there are restaurants and shops around the area. Wifi was a bit hit and miss.
I been forced to moved out due to I had
a registered service dog with me. Spent 2 hours in unknown city to find suitable hotel
