Nice hotel, but they don't have the ability to solve problems that occur at the hotel, such as finding traces of fem

The hotel has a very good and welcoming structure.

Cons:

It is a good hotel. The unpleasant thing I found was that there were traces of a woman's nails in my bed and that made me a very bad experience. I reported this problem to the reception twice, but there was no response. I would not return to that hotel again.

Pros:

The hotel is perfect! Best in Pucallpa. Spotlesly clean, large rooms, king bed.Beautiful bathroom. Seems very new. Large and very beautiful swimming pool. Very nice breakfast. Staff always very kind and ready to help. Highly recommended! This is an oasis in a busy city. Seems like a different world.

Cons:

The only thing that I did not like was the loud music coming from the pool bar. But every time when I asked, it was kindly turned down. Also, I find 11am too late for pool to be accessible. Would have liked to swim before breakfast.

it’s an excellent place for relaxing. it was incredibly clean and safe
Pros:

it was so clean and the staff were very friendly. there’s an amazing pool and restaurant.

Cons:

my only problem was that there was a very loud television on from 6am at reception that woke me up

Pros:

Desde el primer día excelente... los servicios muy buenos y la atención del personal también. Las habitaciones, piscina y otros servicios con el mantenimiento adecuado.
