La amabilidad y flexibilidad de poder dejar mi equipaje antes y la atención, segunda vez que voy con ellos y son muy gentiles.

Cons:

Todo bien , igual quizás solo mejoraría en el primer piso un broche para la ventana, había pliegues que no cerraron bien en los extremos y considerar poner más almohadas porque no todos usamos solo una, eso como un plus adicional.

The hotel has a very good and welcoming structure.

Cons:

It is a good hotel. The unpleasant thing I found was that there were traces of a woman's nails in my bed and that made me a very bad experience. I reported this problem to the reception twice, but there was no response. I would not return to that hotel again.
