Great place, great location and very friendly staff.
Pros:

This is our second time at this hotel and it did not disappoint. Very clean and spacious rooms, friendly and helpful staff, great and plentiful breakfast. The location is perfect on the main street between Hotel Pupp and the colonnade. Despite that our windows faced the street (very nice view) it was quiet at night. Nice pool and sauna. Overall excellent stay again.

Die Mitarbeiter im Wellnessbereich waren super! Die Anwendungen waren sehr entspannend.

Cons:

Die Holzliegen im Wellnessbereich waren ohne Auflagen und deshalb sehr unbequem. Es gab auch nur 4 Stück und keine anderen Sitzgelegenheiten.

Чистый , светлый, просторный номер с шикарной ванной комнатой, отличная звукоизоляция..Бутылочка вина, как комплимент при заселении, свежие яблочки на ресепшене, хороший разнообразный завтрак, СПА центр, приветливый персонал.

Cons:

Отсутствие парковочных мест и подъезда к отелю при заселении и выселении, не стабильная работа мокрой парной, отсутствие бутылированной воды в номере.

Hotel Corso nás veľmi milo prekvapil, nie len priestrannosťou, vybavením a čistotou izby, ale hlavne lokalitou a skvelým wellnessom. Určite odporúčame a radi sa vrátime. :))

We are their regular guests, and that’s for a reason. Absolutely gorgeous hotel with kind stuff that are always going extra mile for their guests. In my opinion, they are the best hotel in Karlovy Vary
