Lage, Frühstück und Zimmer fein. Parksituation leider problematisch
Pros:

Frühstück, Zimmer und Lage waren sehr gut, besonders die Lage mitten in der Fußgängerzone

Cons:

Großer Nachteil sind die nicht vorhandenen Parkplätze.
Das Parken in der Garage am Berg ist für 70jährige schon etwas problematisch

Für eine Städtetrip ideal 👍
Pros:

Die Lage ist hervorragend, mitten in der Stadt. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön.

Cons:

Die Anreise mit dem Auto gestaltet sich schwierig. Keine direkte Anfahrt möglich. Teure Parkplätze! Das Spa ist schön hat aber nur 4 Liegen.

Pros:

Комфортний номер із приємний інтерʼєром, що сприяє додатковому розслабленню і хорошому відпочинку.
У готелі дуже смачні різноманітні сніданки.
Окремі компліменти представникам персоналу: Сергію Фішеру і Мішель.
Відпочивала у готелі з подругою, а тепер через три місяці повертаюсь із чоловіком :)

Pros:

Spa v hotelu je krásné a bazén je příjemně teplý. Snídaně byli také dobré, milý personál.

Cons:

Na pokoji bohužel nebyl k dispozici špunt do vany. Nevím, zda se jedná o úsporné opatření, nicméně v kombinaci s tím, že nebylo možné zapnout teplý vzduch z ventilace a maximální nastavitelná teplota byla 24 °C, to bylo poměrně nepříjemné. V době našeho pobytu pršelo, venku bylo přibližně 17 °C a po návratu na pokoj jsme se potřebovali zahřát, což bohužel nebylo možné.

Pokud se skutečně jedná o úsporná opatření, u hotelu této kategorie a vzhledem k ceně pokoje bych je v takovém rozsahu opravdu neočekávala. Celkový dojem z pobytu to bohužel zhoršilo a případné další ubytování v tomto hotelu proto zvážím.

Skvělá poloha, krásné pokoje, útulné ubytování.

Cons:

Snídaně velká slabota, měl jsem míchané vajíčka a musím říct, že nejhorší vajíčka, co jsem snad měl. Větší důraz na čistotu. Do sauny nebyly daná prostěradla.

Hotel e Quarto simpáticos, no centro
Pros:

O Hotel está mesmo no centro, é muito bonito e simpático, o pequeno almoço é ótimo.
Karlovy é lindo, e o Hotel fica na melhor rua.
É apenas um pormenor, mas os funcionários podiam ser mais simpáticos, mais expansivos.

Pros:

La posizione e il portiere del turno di notte che è stato veramente gentile educato e molto reattivo.

Cons:

Camera sporca, lavandino otturato dai capelli polvere ovunque, bollitore indecente, tende macchiate, vista su un muro alto 5 metri, colazione ai limiti del ridicolo per scelte e pulizia.
Pareti talmente sottili che abbiamo sentito fino ad oltre mezzanotte la televisione della camera vicina.
SPA sporca e piccola
Il parcheggio non può essere incluso nel conto ma va pagato in contanti…
