Celkově by stačilo věnovat větší pozornost čistotě a údržbě vybavení, aby byl pobyt komfortnější.
Pros:

Hotel měl dobrou polohu a personál byl příjemný.

Cons:

Nicméně úroveň úklidu by mohla být výrazně lepší. Pavučina, kartáč na WC byl ve velmi špatném a nečistém stavu a na lampách vedle postele byly viditelné červené skvrny. V koupelně navíc nefungoval fén, což bylo nepříjemné.

Pros:

Hotel je asi čerstvě po rekonstrukci, náš pokoj byl prostorný, s velkou koupelnou, všechno je nové a stylové. Žádný hluk. Snídaně moc dobrá, dostatečně rozmanitá.

Sehr zu empfehlen!
Pros:

Einsehr geschmackvoll und individuell eingerichtetes Hotel. Das Zimmer zur Flußseite ist für den Preis sehr geräumig. Das Zimmer ist üppig mit Mobiliar ausgestattet, sodass man sich hier auch zu zweit komfortabel aufhalten kann, zwei Sessel zum angenehmen Sitzen oder Lesen, genügend Platz am langen Schreibtisch für evtl. Laptopbetätigung. Gut ausgestattetes Bad, vor allem gefällt die Gestaltung der Wände mit dem weißem Marmor. Der Spa Bereich ist ebenfalls sehr angenehm und geschmackvoll ausgestaltet.
Das Personal an der Reception, im Früstücksraum und der Zimmerservice sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Insgesamt ein vom äußeren Erscheinungsbild und der inneren gediegenen architektonischen Gestaltung anziehendes Hotel, die Lage im Hotspotbereich der Karlsbader Promenade ist otimal. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder :)
