We are their regular guests, and that’s for a reason. Absolutely gorgeous hotel with kind stuff that are always going extra mile for their guests. In my opinion, they are the best hotel in Karlovy Vary

Pros:

We liked everything about our stay. The hotel is located directly on the promenade. Rooms are huge and comfortable offering a nice view over the promenade. We definitely stay here again when we visit Karlovy Vary.

Für Kurztrip ausreichend.
Pros:

Es war sauber,die Buchung ging problemlos.Die Lage war gut,im Dachgeschoss das Zimmer war ruhig.Schöner kleiner Wellnessbereich.

Cons:

Es war bei der Buchung nicht ersichtlich,das es keine Parkplätze in der Nähe gibt.Das war sehr schwierig.Man kann nicht mal zum Ausladen parken.

An exceptionally comfortable stay in a beautiful boutique hotel with excellent town centre views
Pros:

Stunning rooms, in an excellent location, riverside in Karlovy Vary.
The beds are very comfortable and fridges well stocked.

I had an issue with the bath plug not opening properly but this was dealt with by a member of staff while I was out of the room, after mentioning it.

We had an unexpected hot water and heating shut down which I will mention here but does not affect how I score this hotel.

The staff:
Mostly friendly. Depends what kind of mood they’re in. Some of them were helpful in assisting with dietary requirements and providing information, especially the kitchen waitress.

The spa and pool facilities were really good, with the sauna and steam room being available (and they do a late night availability one day of the week).

Overall, fairly happy here. I probably would return to this hotel and choose the same views overlooking the river and town centre.

Cons:

The desk staff often lacked warmth (though this is something I’ve noticed more widely in KV). I mentioned to one member of staff that the coffee machine was not working and the response I got from was quite blunt, unprofessional and, frankly, unhelpful. They seemed quite stressed out by their workload and there was definitely a sense of tension with some of them.
