Pros:

Duża przestrzeń, komfortowy apartament w centrum. Bardzo przyjemne osiedle (okolica). Bardzo dobra jakość jak za cenę w takim miejscu.

Cons:

Niewygodna kanapka w pokoju dziennym. W dodatku uszkodzona, ciężko było ją rozłożyć - "rozjeżdżała się".

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, parking podziemny zdecydowanie ułatwia pobyt.

Cons:

Apartament ma już swoje lata świetności za sobą. Łóżko miało bardzo niewygodny (wręcz zużyty) materac. W łazience było czuć nieprzyjemny zapach z kanalizacji. Wentylacja w łazience bardzo mocno hałasowała.
