Dolor de cabeza por Ruidos del Hotel.
Pros:

la ubicación.

Cons:

El cuarto donde estaba tenia cerca de la ventana un motor que hacia que la ventana vibre desde las 6 am hasta la media noche. Así no se puede dormir ni hacer nada. Un dolor de cabeza.

La ubicaciones muy buena y el eprsonal muy amable y servicial

Cons:

Mucho ruido en las noches por el tráfico las personas que organizaban fiestas o estaban tomando y haciendo ruido

La propreté et un petit déjeuner correct

Cons:

Hôtel a fuir . pendant deux nuits consécutives les couloirs de l hôtel étaient extrêmement bruyants. Le service d étage est vraiment mauvais: c est le premier hôtel où nous voyons la couverture mise en dessous du drap! Pas de renouvellement des shampoings,une seule serviette alors que nous sommes 2, et un lit matrimonial petit. Surtout ne pas prendre une chambre au 5eme étage car au dessus se trouve la lingerie ou les employés marchent avec des talons a partir de 6h30 du matin !

Zentral und komfortabel in Trujillo
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt nahe an der Plaza Mayor! Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist hervorragend! das Frühstück ist sehr gut!

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer nach hinten - gute Sicht, aber leider ein ständiges Rauschen durch den Abzug der Küche!

Buena estadía!
Pros:

Fue el hotel donde mis padres y mi hermana se hospedaron una noche, les pareció agradable para poder descansar y el desayuno estuvo variado. Si bien la ubicación está en una calle poco transitada de noche, está cerca de la avenida España.

Cons:

La ubicación es un tema aparte, lo importante es la comodidad del servicio y estuvo bien para mi familia.

Cons:

1. El Ascensor en las dos oportunidades que estuve estaba en mantenimiento, si bien lo arreglaron de un día al otro causa molestias.
2. La tarjeta de ingreso a la habitación de igual modo en dos ocasiones no se encontraba actualizada, se tiene que bajar de vuelta a la recepción para que la habiliten.

El desayuno buftet y el servicio al cuarto

Cons:

Se demoran en abrir la cochera cuando está cerrado, y el responsable del restaurante no está atento para brindar el servicio. Aparte que lo platos a la carta se demoran demasiado

Falta de limpieza, no había personal disponible , en el desayuno no reponían el desayuno ni limpiaban el lugar , mesas sucias llenas de comida no había ni vasos para servir. En la habitación las alfombras no estaban limpias.
