Pros:

The neighborhood would scare some people, but it's okay...Just be careful at night. Avoid the restaurant across the street, it's way overpriced (at least for foreigners). Eset is a few blocks away and much better. The hotel staff is nice but the rooms could use some upkeep.

The staff is nice. The bathroom could be fixed up a bit. The reservation said breakfast included, but there's no breakfast at all.
