環境是不錯，但房間樓上是私人客廳，過10點還在大聲聊天，需提醒其它環境湯屋不錯

2 things I didn't like - 1) they provided disposable towels instead of actual bathe towels, 2) although mentioned that WIFI password is on the room phone, mine was no where to be found and it was past midnight and the lobby was unmanned, thankfully I booked 2 rooms for my group and the other room has it. However, the signal in my room was rather poor. But it was overall good value considering you get 40 mins of private onsen per occupant for each night's stay.

蠻有年代感的老旅社，但有認真清潔整體都蠻乾淨的，床見仁見智啦是蠻硬的但我們兩大兩小都睡的很好，工作人員也都好溝通…我們忘記一件小朋友衣服隔天還幫我們寄回來 非常感謝

The hotel is very good. The owner is so kind. He took us to the waterfall and guide us to take the bus back to Taipei. He is one of the most memorable thing of our trip to Jiaoxi. Highly recommend this place

雨天泡湯的好選擇
Pros:

個人湯屋和房間都整理的很乾淨，員工親切，整個週末因為下雨，剛好溫泉泡好泡滿！溫泉出水夠快也夠熱，下次來礁溪泡湯會再拜訪：）
