Très bon accueil dans cet Hôtel ET restaurant familial. Visites oblige, nous étions un rien en retard sur l'horaire et les cuisines encore ouvertes sur place nous ont rassurées, en évitant de remonter en voiture pour diner ailleurs. L'équipe est très sympathique ... les bières aussi et les passionnés de football de la famille ont trouvé leur bonheur sur les écrans. Petit déjeuner local, y compris adapté aux végés.

Cons:

Le système de douche à l'écossaise: on passe du froid au brulant sans transition; attention avec les enfants !

Pros:

Genügend Parkplätze, sehr freundliches Personal, ausreichende Auswahl beim Frühstück. Nicht weit vom Schlachtfeld entfernt.

Cons:

Frokostbetjeningen reddet oppholdet!
Pros:

Frokosten var veldig bra, og ble tilberedt og servert av veldig hyggelige mennesker. Vi fikk alt vi ba om - selv om det var uvanlig til frokost i Skottland!

Cons:

Hotellet prøver å drive både hotell og bar. Dette fungerer ikke bra når gjesterommene er rett over inngangen til baren, og gjestene på hotellet gjerne vil sove om natten! Skarp tilbakemelding måtte til før betjeningen traff tiltak.
Automattappet Coca Cola smakte klor, og ble levert tilbake. Allikevel prøvde de å ta betalt.
