7 Avenue Hotel & SPA

I have stayed there for a night and can't say that the hotel was bad.
My room was cleaned and quite tidy.
The light was not enough for me but as it was night time I had not time to stay for long.
Enough water and not noisy.
Quite good for staying one night.

Здравствуйте. Очень понравилась зона бассейна, сауна, соляная комната! Сделайте пожалуйста крючки рядом с сауной(все кидают полотенца на стул-не гигиенично)
Хорошая кровать, занавесы, 3 вида подушек.
На завтраки лучше приходить с утра, ближе к завершению : остывшая каша, пустые корыта с бирками, на вопрос, отвечают - больше ничего не будет, но завтрак идёт и отель 5* звёзд. Кофе вкусный!
Фирма, которая у вас обслуживает входные ковры - ужасная.

Уставший отель

Отель расположен в центре Самары, в пешей доступности находится цирк. Номера большие, чистые. Обслуживание на уровне. Завтраки вкусные. Посещали бассейн, сауну. Все понравилось. Единственное, что доставило неудобство, в период проживания отключали воду на 3 часа. После включения продолжительное время текла ржавая вода. За цену бронирования, отель полностью оправдал мои ожидания.

Отличный Отель в центре города!
Поражает своей красотой спа комплекс!
Все было на высшем уровне!

Located in the geographical center of the city. A 10-minute walk from the Volga embankment and the beach. In the same building there are a gallery of restaurants and bars. Beautiful interior. One of two 5 star hotels in Samara.

Nice staff and clean hotel with great food and drinks would recommend.

7 Avenue is a comfortable hotel for business trips. The hotel is located in the city center and has good breakfasts. There are many cafes and even a mosque near the hotel. Most liked this bed in the room.

Отель новый, в номере есть все необходимое, но почему-то очень холодно, даже обогреватель не спасал. Удобное расположение, уборка средняя. Есть бассейн и сауна. Завтраки 800₽.

При заселении в отель спрашиваю(особо не надеясь, что повезет) "с видом куда номер?", администратор "На Волгу", подходя к двери закрадываются смутные подозрения, что окна выходят во двор, т.к. Самару знаю как свои 5 пальцев...Первым делом к окну - вид на Волгу конечно убил(см.фото). И ведь не скажешь, что обманула!)) В целом, всё очень понравилось! Ангелине с ресепшена особая благодарность, именно её жизнерадостная улыбка, отзывчивость и желание помочь оставили прекрасные впечатления об отеле, несмотря на некоторые минусы :)

Приехали в отель что бы отдохнуть и выспаться перед свадьбой друзей, но кто-то решил что это лишнее, в 7 утра кто-то открыл дверь ключом, зашел в номер, видимо увидел что спят люди в номере и ушел. Я перепугалась и конечно же после такого не смогла уснуть. Предварительно ни кто не постучался, что обязаны делать сотрудники отеля перед тем как зайти в номер. Уборка номеров так рано никогда не начинается, и опять же предварительно ни кто не постучался и не представился!

Отлично! Только бассейн не работал.
Тут иногда пишут недовольные - неправда.
Прекрасный отель. И еще в ресторане хорошо кормят.. и подешевле чем в ближайших ресторанах. Так что лучше в отеле кушать.
Чисто. Персонал очень вежливый.

The room was large and spacious although with a view of an old building. Bath was on the smaller side. The breakfast was standard fare but the restaurant was a unique setting with an extensive menu. I did not use the pool or spa but it's a great feature for those with the time. Helpful staff, easy check in (excellent English speaking person at desk).

Уютный и красивый номер. Чисто и тепло - это главное. Но ни в одном отеле на 5* нет такого ужасно медленного и единственного лифта, который едет только по ему известному маршруту. И горничные входят в номер даже толком не постучав, так что надо если не хотите, чтобы вас побеспокоили, вешайте табличку или же запирайтесь изнутри на все замки

7 Avenue Hotel and SPA, what a strange experience! Nice enough hotel and a very pleasant welcome by the reception staff, we were also given a nice tour of the spa facilities. The weird part of the stay was when we arrived for breakfast and were told that only one breakfast was included in the price of the stay. I pointed out that it was not logical to book a hotel room for two people and only get one breakfast, I referred the matter to the manager. A little time later they stated that they had spoken to the owner who insisted that only one breakfast was included in the price of the stay. I again pointed out that this was completely illogical and eventually they stated that there was an error on the US computer system and that two breakfasts were indeed included in the price, no apology! After checking out I received two phone calls from the hotel asking if I had used the minibar, I told them no on both occasions, again no explanation as to why they kept ringing me! Due to these weird experiences I do not recommend this hotel, there are much better hotels in Samara.

We stayed 2 nights for the quarter finals of the WC.
Hotel brand new - surprise, 7 large floors, with only 1 elevator. Who planned this?
Also the shower links to the whole bathroom, a clear mistake of architecture.
Friendly staff at the reception and the concierge Sergey helped us a lot, including transfer to and from the airport.
Staff at the bar chaotic, no english and not prepared for a higher demand, during the games.
Only 1 restaurant with 3 different menus - not 3 restaurants, as they state. Says "they" are open from 12:00 to 24:00 hrs. Not really true. We tried at 17:00 for lunch (late arrival) and they had to call in the cooker. Took 50 minutes to get our food.
I think they have a lot to improve to be a 3 star hotel.

This hotel was new and clean. Sergey the Concierge was extremely helpful, especially when I booked the Uber for the wrong pick up address, he spoke in Russian to the driver for me.
The only thing they need to do is seal the shower as it leaks on the floor a little.
