Pros:

La colazione é fondamentalmente giapponese e quindi non consona alle aspettative di un italiano però ci si può arrangiare.

Cons:

L’unico vero problema, come del resto in tutto il Giappone, é l’impossibilità di comunicare con la lingua inglese tranne che con pochissime persone alla reception.

Sparse, uncomfortable room with a filthy ceiling

The view is great and the architecture is interesting.

Cons:

I was really disappointed in the room. While the architecture is neat, the very large room just comes across as empty. The bed was okay, but every other piece of furniture (couch, desk chair) seems designed to be as uncomfortable as possible. The ceiling was incredibly filthy; it was covered in dust, and some black stains that I really hope weren't mold. In one of the sinks, the cold water didn't work. The shower had a hand-held shower head and one attached to the ceiling, and the latter just sprayed water in every direction except down, making it unusable. The staff was friendly, but didn't speak much English, which is unusual for hotel staff. I was okay since I speak some Japanese but if you don't I can imagine this would make things difficult.

非日常の空間での滞在
Pros:

５０代後半女子３人旅で利用しました。長崎駅からのシャトルバスもあり助かった。
ホテルでは、スタッフさんの気配りもよく、安心できた。お部屋までも、カートで送迎してもらったり、写真も撮ってくださったり、対応が優しかった。
お部屋も、眺めも良く３人でゆっくりできました。
食事も、長崎県産の食材を使っていて、美味しくいただきました。
食後には、プールサイドのラウンジで、夜景を見ながら、ゆっくりアルコール、ソフトドリンクを頂く事ができました。
朝食も、4種から選べるタイプでよかった。また、アラカルトを別に注文できて、朝から贅沢な食事ができました。
ゆっくり、非日常な空間と時間を過ごす事ができました。ありがとうございました。職場の若いスタッフにもオススメしたいと思います。
