Tolles Hotel zum Entspannen
Pros:

Sehr schönes modernes Hotel mit riesigen Zimmern und tollem Ausblick. Besonders gut haben uns der Panorma Pool und Whirlpool, die Sauna und der Lounge Bereich mit Ausblick gefallen. Leckeres Frühstück, man konnte von verschiedenen Menüs auswählen. Die Hotelmitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Praktisch ist auch das Hotelshuttle zum Bahnhof.

Relaxing and pampering option for visiting Nagasaki
Pros:

A truly luxurious and relaxing stay away from the hustle of town. Unbelievably spacious room, great service and the upgrade to use the club room was much appreciated.

Cons:

The shuttle to town is less frequent than I would have liked but taxis are easy and comparatively inexpensive.

STUNNING VIEWS DON'T BE PUT OFF BY THE DISTANCE FROM THIS BEAUTIFUL CITY -GREAT SHUTTLE BUS.
Pros:

The view was stunning, the staff lovely, the room a bit disappointing as it was tucked in the corner with no seats for the little terrace. The shuttle bus was excellent. We requested a Japanese style room which we enjoyed but felt that these must be at the lower end of the price range given what we ended up with.

Cons:

booking a time slot for breakfast and the actual breakfast which provided us with very little that we liked and little substance although the staff were charming. the issue with tattoos in the pool - we read the rules so our son and daughter totally covered up which was unpleasant in the heat and using the gym and sauna; on our final day of misery over this we saw a Japanese couple and an English speaking couple, tattooed and using the facilities just in their swimwear. This did annoy us especially as our son lives and works in Tokyo and tries to respect the rules.

Great stay, Great view
Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay with a very welcoming and friendly Services Team.

The room was clean and comfortable to relax, as well as the Club Lounge is a nice Place too.

Also the breakfast options and in-room dining were very delicious.
