Pros:

Very helpful staff. Good location walking distance to the bay. Super breakfast. Lovely design and decor.

Cons:

Small item to note, carpet up the stairs needs deep clean or replacing, stood out from the rest of the immaculate presentation

Pros:

The staff was AMAZING - so friendly and helpful!

The bed was comfortable.

The breakfast buffet was one of the best we’ve ever experienced! Kudos to your staff! Lots of healthy and delicious choices to choose from. The coffee selections were amazing! I was given an iced decaf mocha to die for!!

Cons:

The bathroom had the most minor problems. The mirror fogs up even with the shower fan going. The shower floor is VERY slippery (when I asked for a plastic bath math, I received one, so that problem was solved!) It would be beneficial to have a stool in the shower to make it easier for ladies to shave their legs.

The coffee table took up a lot of space which didn’t leave a lot to have open suitcases on the floor.

I would suggest that when weary travelers check in, you give them a little time to settle into their rooms before giving them the full extent of your services. The lady was so nice, but I admit that I was so tired from a full day of travel, that my eyes were glazing and I only heard about half of what she told us.

The pool was great, but the ladder makes it hard to get into and out of it.

Please know, that these are minor complaints. We loved your hotel and the staff were super friendly and helpful!

We will recommend your hotel to family and friends!

A lovely stay with kind staff in a great location.
Pros:

The staff was lovely and very accommodating. Breakfast was nice, and the location was great. Just a short walk to almost everything.

Cons:

Our room was a little small, but we made it work.

Pros:

Staff are lovely , breakfast is good

Cons:

Very expensive but that is the area. The room was basic, and a bit dirty. The bathroom had mould all around the silicone, the shower didn’t drain even after we mentioned it to reception, they said someone would have a look but it did not improve anything. So every minute of the shower you would have to turn it off and stand in the cold until it drained, so the shower didn’t flood the bathroom.

Great location. Nice relaxing spaces to have breakfast or coffee. Friendly and professional staff.

Cons:

For the amount charged; the rooms are too small and business-hotel like versus being boutique-hotel like. Also there is extremely limited surface not even a table or console table to place belongings on; there is only the two (small) side tables on either side of the bed. Pool is very small so if two families are in it feels crowded to go in.

Truly the place to feel find peace and unwind after a long travel day or beach day.
Pros:

The location was perfect for those who want convent access to a church, beaches, groceries, pharmacies and restaurants as you could walk if you chose to. The property itself was perched in a quiet residential block and it was so serene and clean. The staff were very accommodating and the breakfast spread was simply delish. Loved the property and would absolutely return.

Cons:

Room size was a bit snug.
