Cons:

Everything is crap basically, firstly unclean rooms; you can get the stench of moist and fungated floor even before you enter. No basic amenities, no breakfast despite even having a restaurant in the building. As well as a big "No Outside Food" posters stuck on the reception walls and near the lift so basically swiggy and zomato ain't allowed despite not opening the restaurant in the mornings. Also, these people were grumpy about the fact that I had made the payment online on booking.com and not at their cash counter, so they showed their frustration by allotting my room more than an hour late and also got the worst room in the process. Everything's business these days and about getting cash in hand rather than having the responsibility in providing good service and customer satisfaction. POOR would be an understatement.
