Wonderful value and great staff
Pros:

I loved the staff- I was well accommodated. I arrived hours before check-in and my things were placed away safely while my room was prepared for me minutes later. The front desk was absolutely exceptional, the homemade cake was a delight and I loved the view from my room.

Cons:

The breakfast selections were very modest, and many of the tour pickups/drop offs were not directly at the hotel.

Brilliant Hotel
Pros:

This hotel was amazing. We had the two bed apartment which was perfect. Lovely kitchen sitting area etc even a balcony. The breakfast was all included which again was great and coffee and cake every day at 5pm was a welcome extra. The staff were fab (especially evelina) would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel. Good location. Excellent room and ensure. Great breakfast and coffee/tea and cake which is complimentary at 5pm. Very pleasant and helpful staff. I would go back.

Cons:

I kettle and small fridge in the room would have been good.

Pros:

Our flight got canceled to leave iceland so we had to stay an extra night. The staff was incredibly thoughtful and helpful. They did everything they could to help my family. They had a game room for my children to play in.

Cons:

My room had 2 twins with awkward lamps over them.

Πολύ ζεστό δωμάτιο,άνετα κρεβάτια με υπέροχα παπλώματα.Το δωμάτιο διαθέτει αφρολουτρο+σαμπουάν .Κοιμηθήκαμε άνετα και ξεκουραστηκαμε.15-20λεπτα περπάτημα για το κέντρο του Reykjavik.Ικανοποιητικο πρωινό με φρέσκα αυγά βραστά,αλλαντικά ,τυρί , γιαούρτι και πολλών ειδών δημητριακά.Διαθεσιμος καφές και τσάι 24/7.
