Lage, an den Park grenzend, abgelegen, ruhig, naturnah. Ideal zum spazieren gehen oder als entspannte Laufstrecke. Kinderspielplatz fußläufig erreichbar. Freibad angrenzend, jedoch nicht störend. Das Personal ist lösungsorientiert, freundlich und kompetent. Es gibt einen großen Spa-Bereich mit Sauna und großem Schwimmbecken. Im Aufenthaltsraum gibt es ein größeres TV Gerät mit online Zugang. Es gibt ein reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung ist teilweise sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Am Zimmer gibt es ein sehr kleines TV Gerät , leider stehen nicht alle Sender zur Verfügung.

Extrem nettes, hilsbereites Personal an der Rezeption! Große Zimmer mit ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten, schöner Balkon mit Liegestühlen, großes Frühstücksbuffett, abends noch die Möglichkeit im Bistro etwas zu essen.

Pros:

Dieses Hotel ist zu empfehlen. Die Lage mitten im Grünen ist sehr still und zum Ausspannen bestens geeignet. Der Pool und der Wellnessbereich ist sauber und sehr gepflegt. Frühstück war zufriedenstellend, von al,empfehlen etwas dabei.

Cons:

Leider hat der Fernseher nicht richtig funktioniert. Mehrere Sender waren nicht verfügbar.
In der Dusche war der Wasserdruck sehr gering und Warmwasser war nicht vorhanden.

Lázeňská krize
Pros:

Ideální umístění na okraji lázeňského městečka, hned vedle parku a termálních lázní. Má svůj krytý bazén a odpočinkovou zónu v zahradě. Kousek je i centrum města s obchody a restauracemi. Pokoj s balkónem je prostorný a i bez klimatizace netrpíte horkem uvnitř. Přes počáteční domnění z fotek, že jde spíš o středně velký hotel, je docela velký. Potěšily velmi pohodlné postele, chutná snídaně, župany k bazénu.

Cons:

Bohužel i tady, jako i jinde, trpí nejspíš na nedostatek klientů a kvalitního personálu. To se následně odráží ve službách, údržbě, renovacích atd. Vybavení má již hodně za sebou, celkově je vidět, že není dostatek prostředků na obnovu, ale i na běžnou údržbu, jako třeba vymalovat chodby. Kromě lázní je bohužel vedle i venkovní městské koupaliště, odkud je od rána do večera slyšet dětský hlahol. To poněkud kazí odpočinkový efekt zahrady u bazénu. Hotel se také identifikuje tím, že zde snad jediný obraz nevisí rovně. V pokoji by mohla být malá chladnička. Přespali jsme tu jen jednu noc, tedy nemůžeme plně vyhodnotit ostatní služby. Cena za jednu noc rozhodně neodpovídala předpokládanému očekávání...

Frühstücksbuffet sehr klein, aber für mich alles was man braucht.
Lage optimal schön zum angrenzenden Kurpark.
Rezeption und Angestellte nett.

Cons:

Leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen.
Was leider die Bewertung schlechter gemacht hat war der veraltete Zustand. Eine Türgriff fiel ab, das Wasser in der Dusche war eiskalt, wurde leider auch nicht warm.
Beim Zahlen wurde gesagt, dass das Problem bekannt wäre. Schade. V.a. wegen der idyllischen Lage.
