Great place, amazing staff, modern updated rooms
Pros:

Really great deal - not too far from the center of Moscow, about 10 minutes walk from the metro station and 3 stops to Red Square area. The hotel is located in an old 2-3 story building and near construction site, which makes you wonder at first. But rooms are all new with good comfortable finishes, new bathrooms, good mattresses and bed. People who work there are really amazing. There is a kitchen area and a fridge. Coffee and tea is free, and you can go buy some water, snacks, beer, etc. in the nearby store and use the fridge, plates, glasses, utensils. We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights at first and then extended for another 2 nights. Really a great place for the money.

Pros:

The hotel is conviniently located 10 minutes by walk from the nearest metro station. The hotel itself is very clean, confortable and spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpfull. Once, I asked if they had am outlet adapter, which they did not. Shortly after I asked, they made an effort to go to the store and purchase a new one for us. Very impressed for the kind gesture. Thanks a lot :)
Also just outside the hotel, there's a very good greek bistro where you can grab breakfast, lunch or dinner at affordable price. Definitely recommend this place. And make sure to grab a burger at the greek bistro. The best burger I had in a long time 😋

Pros:

the hotel is small but very modern decor inside. There is construction work nearby but no noise inside our room when we were there. The aircon was very effective, we were there in July. Several supermarkets within short walking distance. A very nice Greek Cafe just outside the hotel serves all day breakfast 10 am to 10 pm for a good price. A decent Chinese restaurant is just around the corner, good food good price. Bus t25 or M3 (about 100m walk to bus stop) take you directly to Gum and Kremlin in about 25 minutes. Metro station is about 10 minutes walk away. Gregory speaks English and he was very helpful. Polina at the reception is very friendly and helped with the taxi booking at a good price and helped us with our luggage as well (there are a few steps inside to the reception area).
旅店不大但干净安静，员工热情友善。附近有超市，还有一家很不错的中餐馆京苑楼。公共汽车t25或M3只用大约25分钟就可直达红场附近。步行约10到15分钟就有地铁站。

Pros:

Hotel was very clean and calm, so we can take a rest in the room.
Although hotel is little far from the centre, there is a bus stop near the hotel, so you can go the centre easily by bus.
One of the hotel managers can speak English, so you can communicate with them easily!
They were so kind and gentle.
