Very accommodating and a lovely room situated in a beautiful little village

Great stay and nice place

Nice small hotel, lovely rooms. Very hot but this was due to the overall temperature at the time (30 degrees), they did however provide a fan for the room.

Breakfast was ok - needs a bit more choice on the menu though

Amano restaurant is in the process of a refurb so wasn’t open during our stay which was a shame but Terry the (new?) owner was v friendly and helpful. The room was v nice although there was a bit of a weird smell to the water from taps (I guess maybe because the rooms haven’t been used for a while in lockdown it could be something to do with that?). West Malling is a cute town and we enjoyed a dinner and breakfast at the neighbouring Swan.

A really comfortable, modern and cosy room. Included all you need including coffee machine and biscottis. Good Italian restaurant for dinner and breakfast next door in the luxurious Swan. West Mallington was a lovely little Kent village with plenty to see locally and within a short drive. We would certainly go back for another stay.

I’ve stayed there before with no problem. The room this time seemed as though the window was open even though it wasn’t as I could hear everything on the street from people to cars. There was also some dirt on the floor that I could feel as I walked that stuck to my socks. Also in the bathroom the glass looked as if it had a toothpaste stain from the previous guest.
Lovely place and convenient but not like the first time I stayed only the week before. Assume it was a one off mishap.

Very nice room, bed comfortable and big,lovely shower. Only downside is you have to pay for water, but of course there is tap.
Breakfast at adjoining property was excellent. Good choice.

Nice room, comfortable bed, clean and tastefully decorated. Some noise from the street, but that is to be expected.

Not a cheap option and the room was not huge, however the facilities were excellent and the staff went to exceptional lengths to make sure we were comfortable - will definitely go back

This is a really great hotel with only a few rooms. Staff are very courteous and the breakfast arrangements are first class. Highly recommended to anyone looking for something a bit different when travelling.

I liked that there were only 4 rooms above the restaurant and that each room was very unique. We were in the Isabella room and it was so lovely facing onto the street but still very quiet at night. Lovely high ceilings and the bed was so comfortable and the bedding was gorgeous.

Room was clean and bright, bathroom clean
No check in facilities, person thought we had booked a table, didn’t even ask my name.
No proper parking available.
No chairs in room, seemed to be designed for very small people with short legs.
Very expensive for what was available.
Breakfast served down the road, was excellent

Everything was perfect and the staff went out of their way to make sure I had an amazing stay.

We stayed at the Amano as part of a birthday celebration, the staff where both friendly and very accommodating; the breakfast was amazing.

The room was lovely and staff couldn’t have been more helpful. We had diner in the restaurant too and the food was really nice, couldn’t have been happier with our stay, would definitely go back

Loved the room we had - every detail had been thought of and the furnishings were of the highest quality. Delicious food at the restaurant and the breakfast was also lovely. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Great little boutique hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Lovely bar, fabulous breakfast. Everything you could want in the room, they have thought of every detail. We've decided to make it our little runaway for a night again
