EXTREMELY NOISY LOCATION! Even at night!
Pros:

Staff! Especially two young people Marko and Natasha. They are real treasure of the hotel: so helpful, attentive to a guest, positive, warm! Room was spacious. And... that's all.

Cons:

1. TERRIBLY NOISY LOCATION!!! If they offer you a room with windows facing to Beogradska street don't expect even one quiet minute through the night! Every night and even earliest morning a lot of cars biping, heavy old trams, people shouting on the street etc... Thought inside the hotel once it was also noisy even at 3 am as some guests speaking local language didn't care about the neighbours. Pity! It was impossible to have healthy sleeping and real rest in this hotel unfortunately.
2. No bottled water in the room. After arrival from the airport being thirsty you have to go to find a shop to buy water instead of having rest after long journey.
3. No fridge or cold mini-bar box.

The lady at the reception on my arrival was very helpful, warm and positive. The room was very big and hotel was clean. Positive art on my way to room. Very central location. All was perfect. Thank you.

Мы остались довольны, спасибо!
Pros:

Просторные комнаты. Очень дружелюбный персонал! В номере чисто и тепло, несмотря на мороз за окном. Есть небольшая общая кухня со всем необходимым.

Cons:

Мало мебели. На семью, в двухместном номере, был только один стул.

Pros:

1. Хорошее месторасположение, с одной стороны близко от центра (10-15 минут) по парку. С другой стороны - тихое место (нужно брать номера с окнами во двор)
2. Хороший прием с транфером и входом. ВОдитель сам имеет ключи от гостиницы и, приехав ночью, мы спокойно разместились.
3. БОльшой семейный номер с с двумя комнатами. Наша папочка храпит как паровоз и мы его выселяем отдельно.
4. Рядом магазины, кафешки и ресторан, а также макдональдс для перекуса, да и банкомат тоже рядом.
