Pros:

The deluxe room is quite spacious with a comfortable bed and cosy bathrobes. The whole hotel is located on the first floor and if you end up with a room overlooking the noisy street of St Petersburg it will be difficult to sleep and relax in your room. This is something we didn’t enjoy and was unexpected for the deluxe room. Hotel offers breakfast of your choice in a separate building - tasty but very simple.

Pros:

Very good & calm location. Very friendly and helpful staff.
The rooms with the direct view to Voznesenskiy prospect are the most lovely ones, but a little bit noisy. The standard room is very small and suitable for 1 guests, not for 2. I recommend the property very much.
