Pros:

位置非常好，離捷運站騎腳踏車5分鐘，樓下隔鄰就有7-11很方便，走過街就有U bic可騎。
前台服務態度佳，免費升等面河房很棒，房間很大乾淨舒適，裝修很新，早餐豐富，性價比高，下次來高雄還會再入住，真心推薦。

房間格局不佳：
1. 門一打開就是床。
2. 洗手台在浴室門背後，使用必須要繞到門後。
3. 床離電視很近。
4. 房內空間有限，大床占了大半比例。沒有位置適合放置跟打開行李箱。可以換張小點的床，設為單人房。

床的軟硬度適中，然後浴室可以看到愛河風景區，可以從淋浴區看風景，也可以選擇泡澡欣賞窗外美景，只是玻璃似乎沒有防窺的隔熱紙，所以需小心有人偷窺就是了（雖然可能不會有人那麼無聊）。

Cons:

大門門口前面是紅線，那邊都是拖吊的熱點區域，我們原本計畫也是要停在大門check in，但是有人搶先停在門外了，車主似乎看起來也是要入住check in，我們剛好再等紅燈，準備繞附近看有沒有停車位的時候，拖吊車馬上來拖吊了，我連紅燈都還沒停等結束，那台車已經被拖吊走了；再來是汽車停車位是需要搭電梯下去的，而且停車位有限，誰先到誰先停，但停車場不是機械車格，所以還算還好。

就是沒有平面車道、機械式停車位、車子🚙太大台無法停下去、需要外面找停車位。
