Everyone was SO kind and accommodating and went out of their way to make sure our needs were met and that we were comfortable. Breakfast was AMAZING!!!
It's yet one of my preferred place for stays in Kampala. Enough spacious rooms with all the basic and necessary facilities for a pleasant and comfortable stay. Restaurant menu tasty for my taste and at affordable prices, and a sufficiently complete breakfast offering me just the kind of food I like, and in abundant quantity. Highlight the excellent attention and service from a very friendly and helpful staff. Quiet place that should mean also quiet nights and good sleeping time, as placed in a nice large green area and a natural environment, expecting one time more was perfect for a relaxing and resting in Kampala
The property also organizes other events in its grounds and gardens, and in this case, it was a worship service from 6 pm to 6 am supposedly. The previous evening, they had been testing (rehearsal) all the equipment—similar in staging to what might be set up in a stadium for a Rolling Stones concert—and the noise level from the equipment, band, and speakers was so high and unbearable that the walls and windows of the rooms shook. Unable to sleep or even rest, by 1:30 up to 2 am, five of us guests were wide awake, complaining to the property management and begging the technicians to conduct the tests during daylight hours the following morning. Since it was just a rehearsal, I abandoned my plan to stay at the property for the next few days, understanding that such celebrations are incompatible with hosting guests and their right to a good night's rest (which is the subject of a hotel). I left the accommodation, and if possible I would have done so the night before, but they said the noise would stop between 10 and 11 pm. I advise future guests to check if there are any events planned before confirming their reservation. The oasis of tranquility can turn into sleeping in a nightclub.
It says they provide airport pick up from Entebbe only to be told that that's no longer the case (I had to arrange my own transportation when they didn't respond or acknowledge if they're sending a driver.
The staff I met upon arrival at the hotel were not helpful. I was struggling with my luggage, but no one offered to help. The lady at the reception either has a hearing problem or she's just incompetent. She came to my room several times to confirm the same information. By midnight, I refused to open for her, but she kept on knocking anyway. At one time, someone from another room had to tell her to stop knocking because I was probably asleep. At that time I decided to cut my stay with them short. I cannot recommend this hotel.

Some not high investment in renovating or updating some spaces and facilities could be welcome and would provide added value
Quiet, natural setting
Wifi is sooo bad, they use a code system which keeps expiring.
Staff overall were very happy to attend to your needs
Sometimes noisy when functions are on so go out and explore
Nice accommodation. Beautiful garden, really nice breakfast, good restaurant, even with a free gym and sauna (didn’t try it myself)
