Lovely location and amenities
Pros:

Great fitness facilities - close to metro and public transport as well as local stadium. Good for families.

Amazing place, great for a short or long stay with a small family
Pros:

Very clean, great location (only 2 stops from city center), spacious for our 3 person family with a small little bed for our 3 year old. Full kitchen with all the needed items. Modern and well put together.

Cons:

Would have been nice if all the windows had black out curtains since the summer doesn't see full dark out.

Superlaute Party/Eventhalle in dem selben Gebäude. Super loud party/event hall in the same building
Pros:

Auf dem großen Innenhof können die Kinder spielen. Die Grünfläche ist teilweise schattig. Der Spielplatz ist sehr nett und von Charlottehaven betreut.
Das Apartment ist nur paar Minuten von der S-Bahn und U-Bahn entfernt. Nordhavn ist auch in Gehweite.
Das 20m Sportbecken mit 3 Bahnen ist untertags gut besucht aber am Abend eher ruhig. Das Fitnessstudio war groß genug.
Meine Frau hat gebruncht. Sie fand die Auswahl eher begrenzt aber im Großen und Ganzen war sie zufrieden damit.

Cons:

Im Erdgeschoss von Charlottehaven befindet sich eine eigene Party- und Eventhalle. Während meines Aufenthalts hat dort am Freitag eine Party stattgefunden. Der Musiklärm war absolut unerträglich – sogar der Fußboden hat vibriert! Die Party ging erst um Mitternacht zu Ende. Natürlich habe ich mich mehrmals bei der Rezeption gemeldet, wurde dort aber nur mit netten Worten vertröstet. Ohne jede konkrete Auskunft darüber, wann der Lärm aufhört, sollten wir einfach abwarten. Nicht leiwand!
The party/event hall at Charlottehaven is on the ground floor. In my case, there was a party on Friday, and the noise was completely intolerable until it finally stopped at midnight. I went down to the reception several times, the staff was friendly, but they weren't helpful at all. I couldn't even get definite information about when the party would end. Not cool!

Hochwertiges, aber nicht ganz perfektes Hotel für einen Kurztrip mit atemberaubender Aussicht
Pros:

Wir hatten für zwei Nächte die Tower Deluxe Suite, auf Anfrage mit Blick Richtung Zentrum. Die Aussicht allein ist (fast) den Übernachtungspreis wert, der helle Wahnsinn. Großes Apartement mit allem wichtigen ausgestattet. Sehr komfortabel und sauber. Lage gut, mit dem Rad ca 10min bis ins Zentrum/zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Personal superfreundlich!

Cons:

Leider keine Klimatisierung, die Räume heizen sich trotz Verdunkelung stark auf und kühlen nachts nur mäßig aus, da sich lediglich drei kleine Fenster etwas öffnen lassen. Das ist auf dem Niveau bei dem Preis nicht ganz in Ordnung, im Hochsommer wäre das daher kein Etablissement mehr für uns. Frühstück muss separat bezahlt werden und ist eher nur okay. Gym und Pool frei, allerdings erst ab 5 Jahre, mit Baby/Kleinkind schwimmen also keine Option.

Wyjątkowy hotel szczególnie Tower z widokiem na całą panoramę miasta . Z 15 piętra nie ma lepszego miejsca dla architekta który chce celebrować swoje 40- te urodziny ! Piękne widoki , przestrzeń , prywatność .

Jedyne zastrzeżcie mam do braku klimatyzacji w takim obiekcie premium powinna być w standardzie w tak upalny dzień jak dziś 33 stopnie troszkę było za gorąco … ale taras widokowy w pełni mi to zrekompensował …myślę że na pewno tu wrócę ale w troszkę chłodniejszy dzień .

Clean and modern. A great place to stay for our family of 5. Staff were very accommodating. We arrived hoping to store our luggage and instead they checked us in hours earlier. One of suitcases broke during a long haul flight and they kindly disposed of it for us. Much appreciated.
