I am choosing this apartments twice and for sure will stay during my next trip to Copenhagen.
Pros:

Very nice location in calm district , a bit far away from city centre, nevertheless great coffee and bakeries in 5 minutes walking.

Cons:

It would be great to have bigger shower area in the bathroom and air conditioning in the apartment. Some equipment in the kitchen needs to be cleaned.

Ubicación y personal

Cons:

Nos quedamos 5 noches con toda mi familia y no hicieron limpieza ya que era para reservas de más de 8 noches (?). Tuvimos qué pedir cambio de toallas ya que nisiquera ayudaron con eso ni con sacar la basura. Además los departamentos de abajo no tienen aire acondicionado, lamentable.

Lokalizacja, wyposażenie! Zgłosiliśmy potrzebę łóżeczka dziecięcego a otrzymaliśmy dodatkowo przewijak, wanienkę i krzesełko dla dziecka. WOW!
Solidna jakość, bardzo miła obsługa.

Alt i alt veldig fornøyd.
Pros:

Flott beliggenhet, stort pluss for å være rett ved metro og tog. Hyggelig og hjelpsomt personal, flott leilighet!

Cons:

Det ble ganske varmt inne i leiligheten. Det er store vinduer, men kun noen små som kan åpnes. Det stod vifter på soverommene, men blir litt begrenset hva de får gjort når det blir lite gjennomtrekk.

מקום מאד נחמד, אבל לא בימי הקיץ, צריכים להתקין מזגנים או לפחות להחזיק מזגנים ניידים.

הזמנו את השהות הזו זמן רב מראש במיוחד לכבוד יום הולדתה ה־45 של אשתי, בחרנו את החדר עם הנוף הפנורמי בקומה הגבוה במגדל ולכן מאוד ציפינו לחוויה מיוחדת.
לצערנו, כבר בתחילת השהות התאכזבנו מכך שקיבלנו את החדר רק לאחר השעה 16:30, במיוחד אחרי יום ארוך של טיסות ונסיעות, כשכל מה שרצינו היה להיכנס לחדר, לנוח ולהתרענן.
כאשר נכנסנו לחדר, גילינו שהחום בו היה בלתי נסבל, התחושה הייתה כמו להיכנס לסאונה. החדר ממוקם בקומה גבוהה ויש בו ויטרינת זכוכית גדולה, ולכן הוא מתחמם מאוד מהשמש הישירה במהלך היום. בנוסף, היו בו רק שני חצאי חלונות קטנים שכמעט לא אפשרו כניסת אוויר, וללא מיזוג אוויר לא ניתן היה בכלל לשהות בחדר.
אחת מעובדות המלון Shezin היתה מאד אדיבה וגם הסכימה איתנו שהחום בחדר ממש גבוה וניסתה לעזור והביאה לנו מאווררים אך לצערנו זה לא פתר את הבעיה והחדר נשאר חם מאוד. במהלך השיחות שלנו עם צוות המלון, מספר עובדים ציינו בפנינו שהם מקבלים תלונות רבות מאורחים נוספים בנוגע לחום בחדרים ולהיעדר מיזוג אוויר, כך שהרגשנו שמדובר בבעיה מוכרת ולא במקרה חד-פעמי.
במקום להתחיל את החופשה ברוגע, לנוח ולהתאושש אחרי יום ארוך, מצאנו את עצמנו מזיעים וסובלים בחדר הלוהט במשך כשעתיים וחצי, תוך כדי שיחות חוזרות עם הקבלה ועם Booking בניסיון למצוא פתרון.
לבסוף, אחת העובדות בקבלה הייתה אדיבה מאוד וניסתה לעזור, והציעה להעביר אותנו לחדר זול יותר בקומה נמוכה יותר וללא נוף, שהיה מעט פחות חם. הסיבה לכך הייתה ככל הנראה שהחדר היה פחות חשוף לשמש ישירה במהלך היום. גם בחדר הזה לא היה מיזוג אוויר, אך לפחות הצלחנו להעביר בו את הלילה.
העובדת הבטיחה לנו שנקבל זיכוי עבור שאר הלילות ושעבור הלילה הראשון נחויב לפי מחיר החדר הזול יותר שאליו הועברנו.
בפועל, אכן קיבלנו זיכוי עבור שאר הלילות, אך עבור הלילה הראשון חויבנו במחיר המלא של החדר היקר שהזמנו. כאשר פנינו בנושא, נאמר לנו שהעובדת הייתה חדשה ולא הכירה את הנהלים.
במהלך הצ’ק-אאוט, העובדת בקבלה המליצה לנו לפנות בכתב להנהלת רשת המלונות, בתקווה שיבחנו את המקרה ויחזירו לנו לפחות את ההפרש בין מחיר החדר המקורי לבין החדר הזול יותר שבו נאלצנו ללון בסופו של דבר, בלית ברירה.
חשוב לנו לציין גם את הדברים החיוביים: החדר היה מאוד נקי, עם מטבח מאובזר היטב ומקרר גדול.
