la subida al hotel es empinada pero el hotel es muy lindo
I really enjoyed the place, decoration and how comfortable the beds were. You have everything in hand, the location is great, just right beside El Peñon de Guatapé and super close to the town.
The personell, Johan and Nathaly and all the crew were kind, attentive and always ready to assist any needs. They are great professionals and people.
Breakfast was delicious!! 😋

La preocupación por parte de la dirección de hacer lo posible para guiarnos lo mas cerca posible al hotel ya que veníamos en bus desde Medellín, tuvieron el gran detalle de venirnos a buscar ya que íbamos cargados, nos hicieron un cambio de categoría súperior y nos encantó todo! La tranquilidad, las vistas,la vegetación, la perrita Miel, la atención por parte del personal fue estupenda, sin duda repetiriamos y lo aconsejamos a todos los viajeros.

Fuimos con mi esposo, viajamos desde Pasto-Nariño para conocer este majestuoso paisaje, quedamos encantados con el hotel, las instalaciones muy bonitas, muy típico de la región, muy bien cuidadas, la atención del personal excelente, súper amables y con mucha calidez, estuvieron pendientes de nosotros. Nuestro caso era especial ya que nuestro vuelo de regreso era a las 9am, motivo por el cual debíamos hacer check out súper temprano para alcanzar a llegar al aeropuerto, el personal muy amablemente nos preparó y empacó un desayuno viajero. Excelente servicio, sin duda lo recomiendo. Próximamente queremos volver con nuestra familia
La localisation est idéale pour avoir une jolie vue sur la Piedra et s'y rendre à pied en 20min ou en tuktuk en 5 minutes. Le personnel est très accueillant et sont venus nous chercher en voiture là où le bus nous a déposé le soir sous la pluie !

The best part was the staf always very helpful and breakfast was very good and they called the Tuk Tuk every time we need to go to the city
