Bra hotell med flexibel vänlig personal.
Pros:

Bra hotell med fina rum och fri parkering och möjlighet till att ladda elbil och använda motorvärmare (mot måttlig kostnad).

Sadece Rebekka adındaki resepsiyonun güleryüzünden memnun kaldım.

Rezervasyon öncesinde eşimle geleceğimi ve çift kişilik oda ayırmalarını talep etmiştim. Otele vardığımızda akşam saatleri olduğu için karşımızda kimseyi göremedik, kendi imkanlarımız ile yerleştik.
Temizlik açısından çok kötü, personellerin peşinden koşarak temizlik yapmaları için defalarca uyarıda bulunmak zorunda kaldık. Eşimle birlikte 2 hafta konakladık, sadece 1 kere gelip havluları ve çarşafları değiştirdiler. Temizlik ekipmanlarımız olmadığı için oda içi temizliği ne yazık ki kendimiz de yapamadık. Çok beklentiniz olmasın sadece uyumaya geliyorsanız tercih edebilirsiniz. Beklentim çok yüksek değildi ama bu kadar kötü olacağını tahmin bile edemezdim.

Ett lugnt och trivsamt boende med fina rum, sköna sängar, trevlig matsal, gratis kaffe och parkering
Pros:

Väldigt fina och lagom stora rum. Väldigt tyst. Skön säng. Trevlig matsal, kunde hämta gratis kaffe på eftermiddagen. Provade inte frukosten men man får hämta själv ur ett kylskåp. Detta framgår redan när man bokar så det går inte att klaga på. Stor gratis parkering.

Pros:

Lite svårt att hitta info och ex matställe, om man nu behöver checka in sent .
Annars bra service och lätt att förstå hur man hittade nyckel mm vid sen incheckning

Cons:

Läget , lite svårt att hitta om man aldrig varit i Boden .

Vi betalade alldeles för mycket i förhållande till vad vi fick.
Pros:

Stora rum och badrum. Lugn miljö, ute och inne.

Cons:

Disken som skulle lämnas i diskhon efter frukost utan att någon personal tog hand om den. Självservering från kylen. Omoderna toaletter. Något trasigt hängde kvar på duschen. Ingen bemannad reception. TV:n fungerade inte. Läget var inte bra, långt från centrum.

Prisvärt alternativ i Boden
Pros:

Bra boende nära golfbanan . Bra att man fick ta frukost själv i kylskåpet för vi åkte tidigt

Cons:

Man borde köpa in nya tv , den var superliten och det fanns inga kanaler

Dålig support och återkoppling
Pros:

Ingen fungerande TV och dålig (sen) återkoppling när det anmäldes ( ett sms på söndag om felanmälning). Inget som åtgärdades under vår vistelse fredag-måndag. Eftersom det inte finns tillgänglig personal på plats borde det vara bättre personlig support vid "fel" och mer ambition att lösa upplevda problem.

Good breakfast. Ready at any time in self service mode (I had to leave before it started normaly). Plain floor. Shower convenient

Cons:

Google maps does not the place of number 3. Then at this number the hôtel name is written very small. Difficult to find once there. And quite far from the center. Then instructions not clear about the key outdoor! And the key very tricky. Finally main light was out if order. All this at once after a very long tiring day made me mad against the place, which could be pleasant otherwise
