Pros:

Appartamento di buone dimensioni vicino al mare. Davanti c'è un negozietto che fa anche da ristorante molto comodo. Per accedere alla struttura c'è una security attiva 24 h con personale gentile e simpatico.per cui se di noleggia un mezzo si sta tranquilli.

Cons:

La camera da letto si affaccia sulla strada principale di Cancun zona degli hotel per cui è rumorosissima specialmente al mattino presto

Das kleine Appartement hat alles was man braucht. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Die Lage ist perfekt, der Pool und der Strand sind sehr schön. Wir konnten direkt vor der Wohnung parken.

Agradable y cómoda, mejor de lo que esperábamos.
Pros:

Esperábamos poco por el precio y nos sorprendió que el lugar es cómodo, limpio, las torres departamentales muy tranquilas, la alberca amplia y bien cuidada y la ubicación muy buena. Trabajé desde el departamento y no tuve problema con el internet. El estacionamiento amplio y las áreas de estar bien mantenidas. Fuimos en época de lluvia y zargazo, pero estoy segura de que con un clima más agradable, el acceso directo a la playa es un plus enorme.

Cons:

Uno de los guardiasnos quiso hacer sentir mal por reportar que encontramos tortugas al 911 cuando hay un cartel inmenso en las regaderas que dice que reportes al 911 si ves tortugas. En algún punto su tono se sintió un poco amenazador, queriendo sobornar y amenazando indirectamente con echarnos. Entiendo que no es culpa de los anfritiones y el resto del equipo de seguridad fue muy amable, pero vale la pena mencionarlo por si a alguien más le llega a pasar y porque es una imagen triste de México que se llevan mis amigos de otros países.
La terraza del depto. es linda, pero podrían darle un poco más de mantenimiento y hasta cobrar más por ello.

Un endroit familial très agréable
Pros:

Les Suites Brisas étaient bien situées. À quelques minutes des plus belles plages. Avec une belle vue sur la mer et une piscine très agréable À la tombée de la nuit, on a pu voir des tortues géantes venir pondre leurs oeufs. Les installations et l'appartement étaient très bien. Les employés étaient très gentils et accueillants.
Nous retournerions avec plaisir!

Cons:

Il y avait un peu d'algues, comme c'était la saison, mais rien de désagréable à la vue et nous nous sommes baignés plus loin, là où les vagues étaient moins fortes, de toutes façons. Les algues ne nous ont donc pas gênés.

hubo imperfectos en la habitación ciertamente al día siguiente lo fueron arreglar pero fue incomodo , por que todos nos mojamos los pies. Pero la atención fue Cortez pero pudieron prevenir esa situación.
